Best sales rep
Yifu zhang from thrive homes was the only sales rep from many who really takes the time to explain stuff. He accommodated to my fussy wife and even fought for us to get what we wanted. He kept the process smooth all the way. He inform us all fees beforehand so we understood everything. Let's hope the builders follows his lead in providing excellent service for the people.

Great work
The Thrive Homes is worth trust. The building they built is not only in the good quality but also in high speed. Their staffs offered good service. especially the supervisor of the construction - Joe and the Pre-Construction Administrator- Jessica, they are very responsible and helpful. Their works are fantastic.
Meanwhile I hope the contract will be written in more detail, so that customers can know which item they need upgrade. for example they did not write clearly that they don't offer the floor tile on the ground of alfresco and porch.

At all stages of our Thrive Verve 18 build saw us dealing with seasoned professionals who guided us through the entire process. to build a Thrive Home - numero uno! We loved the design, the build, the workmanship and customer care involved from start to finish. Recently with the heavy rains, there was a small issue which occurred outside of the warranty period and at no fault of Thrive Homes. Tom, the Maintenance Manager, was so kind to agree and then organise the Trades folk to get the issue fixed up at their cost in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble for Tom or Thrive and this is something that I will always remember about this company. They go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction with continued good will. Have been skeptical and confused with so many developers in the market.
Finally we met Yifu Zang(salesperson) at Thrives Homes. Yifu was so professional and courteous in providing all the info we needed to make the right decision. Yifu is true to his word, no false promises. Happy to have met him. No hidden costs with Thrive Homes. We are finally convinced with our purchase at Thrive Homes.

My husband and I are first home buyers and we are very happy to purchase a land and home package from Thrive Homes. We have visited many builders but none seem to fit the equation. Highly recommended Thrive Homes
My partner and I have recently just completed our house and land package with Thrive. As this was our first home the site supervisor Glen made everything run so smoothly, if we had any questions he was always available to answer any queries we had. I have built the Essence 22 through thrive homes and it the best you can ask for. Go with ducted air-con because you will need it. also go full kitchen and full tiles for ground floor.
