Hi Philip, I'm afraid that we are not offering refunds on policies outside of the 14 day cooling off period. In terms of next steps, I would advise you to send your policy number to [email protected]. This is our official channel for complaints, and your complaint will be formally lodged, and your refund request will be investigated. If you go on a cruise and need to see the onboard doctor... are you covered?

Yes. My Tick Insurance Standard policy provides Unlimited Medical expenses cover in addition to Emergency expenses cover of $10,000.

If you need to see the doctor due to injury or illness, yes you will be covered, as long as you have declared your pre-existing conditions. Declaring your medical conditions is easy and fast, and can be done when your purchase your policy online, during the stage before paying for your policy.

If you don't declare your pre-existing medical conditions, you will still be covered for medical claims, but not if they are related to a pre-existing condition that you didn't declare.
