We were caught in Thailand during the Covid 19 crisis. We had purchased travel insurance in 2022 and Australia closed borders while we were in Thailand. We had multiple flights cancelled and had to cut our trip short by a week to be able to get home. Not only could we not contact tick from overseas, once we got home they refused to cover any costs we had incurred. The service people are friendly, but they offered no help and we ended up thousands of dollars out of pocket. Will never insure with tick again.

Only insurance company I have dealt with the won't provide a policy refund and I haven't even travelled yet! Be careful with their terms and agreements, they are not as flexible or reasonable as other providers.

Our flight was suspended due to coronavirus, the company will give me a refund. So I bought another new policy for my trip in August 2020 to the Baltic and Fjords,

Cheaper then the rest on the market but not the cheapest I went for Value for money. Room for improvement is when I download and print my policy, my policy number should be visible and the emergency contact number for the insurance should be printed. I had to manually write it on my policy so that I can take with me as back up.

Best price for similar cover, easy to set up, 2nd time used, haven't made a claim so can't comment on how good their resolution is. Will continue to use unless a claim is not handled correctly.

The policy was chosen due to price, Choice recommendation and previous experience. We had an instance last year where we had to see the doctor on board a ship and needed to claim. There were no problems so we took out another policy for this years cruise. Tick were easy to deal with and very prompt in finalising

I have bought Tick Insurance a few times for my family and I introduce this service to my friends too. Best price and it covers what you need. I ll keep coming to Tick.

Good value policy, easy to apply for, no hassles. This is the 2nd time I have used Tick and because it's great value, my friends now use Tick travel Insurance

Although I have never made a claim I find Tick is very competitively priced especially as an older traveller . I believe I have used it most times I have travelled since I was aware of Tick T I .

Used Tick Travel a few times. Easy to understand and set up, competitive prices, easy to claim and quick to reply. Good high age limit. Will definitely reccomend and use again.

I think the policy is very good value for money. It was very easy to set up. Luckily, we haven't to make a claim. We have used Tick Travel Insurance for approx the last 5 years and we travel overseas at least twice a year.

This was the most economic Budget Cover available. The value of the policy seems quite good.
We have yet to travel under the policy (that will happen next year), so cannot comment on Claims experience.
This is the first time we'vE used Tick Travel Insurance.

policy was good value but we were not told that the $200 access applied to each person however
we will use your company again in our future travel plans. We will recommend your company
to our friends for there travel insurance.

Competitive pricing and a good range of cover options. I have not travelled as yet but chose tick because it ranked very well in the Choice magazine report on travel insurance.
