Andrew gave me a call the same day i submitted an online enquiry to go through the full scope of the works. The repairs were complete at our air bnb via correspondence and entry via lockbox as we live 2 hours away. Chris from tile rescue Robina, did an amazing job on our balcony tiles. He meticulously worked on them until they were so clean they were better than new again.( This is after we already had someone else "clean" them and tell us it was as "good" as we would get.) Chris was courteous and always turned up on time. I cannot recommend him enough.
We are having him back soon to clean seal our bathroom tiles.

For ten years we've had problems with the upstairs tiled deck leaking into the room below. Twice pulled up all tiles (30+ sq meters) and replaced the liner - leak came back both times. Tile Rescue Pine Rivers work praised by another tradesman working on our house (different problem) so called them in just before Xmas 2022. Personal inspection from the boss Jason Davey arranged before Xmas and he was back on 11 January 2023 as promised, to fix the problem areas. Quick, no fuss, no mess work with a top professional finish at a reasonable price. If you have tile problems I highly recommend Tile Rescue Pine Rivers to fix them.

We had Tim from Tile Rescue, Southport, Gold Coast regrout our 24 year old shower and it has come up wonderful. A top guy and an asset to the Company.

Original job had to be repaired by franchisee. Broke the shower door. Waited months for replacement and then I had to get another company to fit the door and remove broken bits. Not reimbursed for other company. Now the mould has returned. I am reluctant to call them back as they haven't returned my calls in the past.

After 2 phone calls to your 1800 number since December 20 and 2 assurances that someone would phone me back, I've yet to receive a call and have accepted that I probably won't. This on top of a franchisee that also refuses to respond to my feedback relating to grout that hasn't stood the test of time. So much for the 5 year guarantee on workmanship. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. Would never recommend your services to anyone.

Great communication from Bruce at Tile Rescue Frankston made the whole process simple. Brandan, the technician worked diligently all day and did a fantastic job - so much so, we couldn't quite believe the amazing results - our tired old shower looking next to brand new. Very reasonable pricing.

Michael has been to our home a few times now and his work is A1 in all manner. Our tired looking shower looks new the replacement silicon relplacement in both the shower, vanity and kitchen basin is excellent. Michael reolaced broken floor tiles in our home andthen cleaned all the grout throughout, result is excellent. We cannot thank or rate Michael highly enough. Had Michael come out and do several tiling jobs which also included cleaning and sealing my travertine pool tiles. All jobs came up a treat and couldn't be happier with it. We needed a tile replaced in our small al fresco. Michael from Pakenham Tile Rescue assured us the job wasn't too small. In the end we also got him to add a coating to the entire area since it is exposed to weather but had actually been tiled with interior tiles, which were very slippery during rain. He was genuine, polite, knowledgeable, punctual and competent - very happy with the job and the pricing, and glad to recommend him.
