Very Bad, I bought a gimbal Weebill S Received early Feb. Found one issue, one of the axis locks is not working.
As per their support model I raised the RMA support ticket case with them then they responded within 2-3 days (last week of Feb) asked me to send video which I had sent. The next day I had sent the video and photos which shows the issue and after that, they stopped responding.

I had sent more than 6 reminders but no response. So be aware of this company, they may send products and then there is no guarantee.

They are taking orders without having stock. After a week, they haven't shipped the order and still sourcing from other suppliers. Lucky the payment is through paypal. Wouldn't recommend any more.

Delivery delays/failure. If we customers don't receive the goods, everything else means nothing.
No reply to the shipping/tracking number from the Toll shipping company.
No promised call back from shipping company.
Too much time being wasted to chase whereabouts of original order.

Absolutely a waste of money. Don't buy electronics online. Purchased a Samsung A70 and it dies 1 month after purchase. Returned to store and said it was not covered by warranty due to physical damage. Shipping caused the physical damage. So apparently I threw away my money. Thanks!

I was dubious before I placed my first order as I read some negative comments online about Toby Deals. I placed my order for an Amazfit GTS smart watch on Sunday and it arrived the following Friday from Hong Kong. It's a great watch. I am very happy with the purchase and the service. I can only speak for my own experience.

I was a little skeptical with the lens I purchased being so much cheaper than retailers. I placed my order on a Thursday and my lens was delivered to Australia on the Monday... couldn't believe it! Love the product and and Toby Deals is good. No bad word about ordering the product, the quality of it and the communication. However, delivery by ‘Toll’ was useless and unprofessional. It took ages for the product to be delivered to me and for over a week nobody even knew where my parcel was and if it would ever be delivered to me. They should change their shipping company of choice.

The store was well laid out and selection was easy for me to pick the most suitable mobile for my purpose.
I picked Redmi 8 because my daughter and her/my granddaughter also are thrilled with this brand!
