The space in the back of this van is great for all my gear but having to travel far uses a lot more gas than I expected and at one stage out wayed my traveling expenses. It still runs but have had multiple expensive services to keep it running but over all would say it's ok

brought second hand in 1998, 10000km on the clock. Still have it today, what a great vehicle, now done 635000km. no majors. flushed radiators out an had to get some cores changed. always done services. wont ever sell it, can die at my place. isnt fast but just keeps on going, like most 4wheel drive toyotas. still looks like new. polish it every month. it deserves it. its 3 liter diesel has never been striped down.

Owned 14 seat 1991 Commuter for almost 10 years. Plenty of room for kids, luggage, dog & kitchen sink. Diesel motor just kept going. Not the quickest vehicle but good for towing.
Reliable & dependable. Keep it serviced & it will keep on going
Not the most comfortable vehicle to travel in as it is primarily a commercial van with seats.As with most vans not the easiest to work on.
