5pm I get a message that it was delivered to our side and it’s at my neighbours place in the front yard near letter box in the open anyone could have walked passed and took it it was just put there I did not choose safe drop. Really annoyed lucky I was home to quickly go check around the house.

Posted and delivered within 3 days to rural area. Both packages were in perfect condition and had great tracking options.

For $60 You would expect something more substantial. I was very disappointed when my package arrived at how small it was and for what I paid its not worth it. This was a present for a child and now I may need to buy something else as this one is so small.

Online ordered 19/05/18 and paid for delivery as well still product not been delivered 12/06/18 as of now, worst service and customer service helpline didn't even help trying to keep calling them no proper response from them never back again to Toys R Us online waste of time and energy with chasing you guys.
