I stumbled upon Valerie at Tradelink Enoggera by accident after trying to find a folding bath spout for our renovation project. After buying a bath spout, I ended up also buying our mixers and sink taps and returning the things we had bought elsewhere. I haven’t had such exceptional customer service in a long time, Valerie (and also Rachael) had so much time for me, and not to mention we got a better price. Being stuck in the middle of a reno in a covid-19 world with young children is not a great place to be, so even the small things such as helping me by carrying my purchases to the car meant so much. Wouldn’t go elsewhere now!

The lovely Preeti at Hervey Bay store always greets you like a friend and invest her engrey and time to help you with any bathroom, kitchen & laundry needs whether they're big or small. Preeti is very knowledgable about products and will go out of her way to help you and if she deosn't know the answer she will find it for you. We have used Tradelink on many new home builds and renovations. Tradelink 10/10

Today i visited tradelink Carrum Downs with little knowledge of irems my plumber directed me to look at. I was served by Leona O'Keefe to gave us outstanding sevice discussing each item and comparing products, she took her time and was very friendly. We wete so impressed we didnt go anywhere else. Great displays and a free coffee

If you want to experience rude and unhelpful staff who simply can not be bothered to help you, then visit the 'lady' at Tradelink in Fyshwick. If you are a customer service training agency, seek her out and use her as your poster child of 'how not to do customer service'. I visited twice, just to give her the benefit...from bad to worse!

For anyone else looking at bathroom products, such as toilet suites, baths, tapware and the like, don't waste your time with Tradelink. Skip down the road a few hundred metres to a major competitor- enjoy a freshly ground barista style coffee and chat with the lovely, well trained staff with loads of great knowledge and products at competitive prices.

The products are mostly okay, if somewhat overpriced, but a company that disregards 70% of the people will lose customer support. Please stay on the right side of history, stay away from Adani.

I can't support a company that puts the needs of the country last. I am shocked and disappointed that you would get into bed with Adani, a company which absolutely does not have Australia's or Australian's best interests at heart. Please reconsider your working association with this company.

I've been a mostly satisfied Tradelink customer for more than 20 years but now that I know their parent company, Flethers, is helping to build Adani's Carmichael mine I will be getting my supplies elsewhere. Today, out of control bushfires surround my community. Blind Freddy can see the fires and the climate are more extreme and the evidence is clear that building new coal mines is just about the stupidest thing we could do. It's convenient for me to source materials from Tradelink but I also have a conscience to deal with. I'm no Terminator but when Tradelink cease supporting new coal mines I'll be back

Here on the eve of catastrophic fires across NSW, Tradelink, based in NZ, is helping Adani to build one of the world's biggest coal mines. Tradelink, until you change your minds you will be getting 1 star reviews - and if I could it would be 0 stars!

Tradelink is working with Adani to create a coal mine in the Galilee Basin which will add huge amounts of carbon to the atmosphere greatly contributing to global warming and the climate emergency the world is facing. I expect their products are fine, but I would not shop there until they stop working with Adani.

Fletchers in NZ own Tradelink and they are joining with Adani in Qld to create a coal mine that will add vast amounts of carbon into our atmosphere. Plus use our valuable underground water (for free). Many of Trandelink customers will have children who will be greatly affected by this carbon. Warmer temperatures, drought, floods and extreme bush fires. Please boycott this company.

Tradelink, hop outta bed with Adani. Think of the future profitability of your brand. And please don't underestimate the power of a few one star online reviews.
No new coal in Australia!! Stop Adani. :)

Not had good service with these people, a NZ company so you know where your hard earned pennies go! Plus they are supplying Adani mines, save your money and spend elsewhere
