I realise there would be unprecedented high volumes due to Covid-19 but the level of customer service is unacceptable.
I booked a 4-5 business day service on Sat 4/4 from Cairns - Melbourne. I had to follow up on Tues 7/4 to ensure the item got collected because it didn’t on Mon 6/4.
I’ve had to provide evidence that it was collected Tues 7/4 as their online system incorrectly states it wasn’t collected until Tues 14/4, so they wouldn’t deliver until Wed 22/4.
Despite multiple calls stressing the importance of delivery by Fri 17/4 (8 business ...
days after booking, so I allowed for delays) I received an email at 5.19pm on Fri 17/4 saying the item is still at the Cairns depot and they can’t find one of the items that were collected. Disappointed is an understatement.
Better than I expected for the price
Good price, no damage to a fragile vintage guitar amp and picked / delivered up on time even with covid19 going on, what else do I need to say. Definitely use them again
Very easy to get the online quote, great pricing, then simply organise the payment and pick up. Everything went smooth sailing and the items were also delivered on the scheduled time. Perfect!

Transdirect LOST MY PACKAGE
Transdirect has finally admitted to have lost my package after how many weeks of calling them and asking where it is. Not even ONE apology. Apparently they used another courier and that courier lost my package. They did not take any accountability whatsoever and the woman on the phone was even very cold and uncaring. They just told me to email their warranty sector. The warranty is only maximum of $1000 and that box is worth over $3500. They still haven’t gotten back to me. I’m so angry at this useless company! I’ve reported them to consumer affairs! This is not acceptable!!!!
Be very weary of this company. They have a plethora of hidden charges and book additional services without approval.
Transdirect will charge $35 if the reciever is not home. Regardless if it's collected from a Depot or redelivered. - [Name Removed] (Invoicing Manager). And this is apparently a TNT charge, however TNT have confirmed they never have and never will charge a reciever to collect a package from a Depot.
Filed an official complaint with the office of Fair trade as Transdirect have offered no resolution.
Best logistics booking company ever.
Always gets me the best prices as a member. Reliable and efficient. Never had a breakage of my products even when sending fragile items. Rarely not picked up on Day 1 but that's when using Fastway..
I have been a user of Transdirect for a few years now. I have had no difficulty in dealing with them and found them to be the cheapest on most occasions. I cannot fault their service.
Great service in difficult times
Picked up on time and delivered very quickly. Accurate tracking. Parcel delivered interstate quicker than anticipated. Would definitely recommend this service especially as I am in self isolation and can’t go out to post.

Still waiting for pick up
I booked a courier on Monday for sending and was told they would come on Tuesday. Nothing. Called and rescheduled to Wednesday. Apparently they came but did not ring the buzzer to my apartment so I could not give them the item. They also have my number should there be any issues but never called. Called TransDirect to reschedule to Thursday. It's now 5:21pm on Thursday and still waiting for the package to be picked up. And before a long weekend too. I understand it's an extra step to use intercom to get me to bring the package down but have effectively lost a week. Not happy and still waiting.
Easy to Use
I am a new user. Creating an account was easy. In fact all steps in organising and executing the sending of a consignment were easy. I am sending cartons to a client from Sydney to Perth and the only information I would like further from all the information you supply is an ETA after the pickup.
Good service, cannot go without it.
Great freight charges and prompt response. Delivery orders were picked up on time. If there's any issue, there's always friendly support line to contact, problems normally get resolved immediately. A must have service for small and medium businesses.

Hi Transdirect, I've been waiting for a month now for a product I purchased from Brisbane, which was sent by the seller via Transdirect. I have contacted Transdirect, and your courier Fastway numerous times to get the product delivered without success. It has been an extremely frustrating experience and after a month's wait, I have never received the item. I was told by Transdirect a few times that I will be sent an update after following up with their courier but that never happened.

I have recieved email about "Under declared collection notification" about weight of package I sent via Transdirect.
I did weight 2 cartons (1 big and 1 small) as the size I declared about 38 kg.
And After the consignment was inspected, weighed and cubed by the Carrier, the corrected information is a Charged Weight of 89Kg.
It is unbelievable weight for 2 big cases and 3 small cases Dell which I won from auction. I can provide detail of items if you want. I would like to ask you send me any proof that you did re-weight the package then charging me $113 more directly in my account.

Hi, I am urgently chasing up a late collection for consignment 10024236 - this was supposed to be picked up yesterday from West Brunswick, VIC, has been rebooked and still not collected. (NB the booking is in my daughter's name, not mine). Please advise asap, thanks.
Not sure why you're asking me Bernie - I was the customer of Transdirect?? I'm not connected to the company so I can't answer your question.
One time out of the last 100+ times we've used them we've had a pick up didn't happen.
10 days after multiple follow-ups, and still no pick up.
Their final explanation was "no driver services that area", but I knew that to be false.
In the end, I left it / let the deal fall through.
