I booked a courier on Monday for sending and was told they would come on Tuesday. Nothing. Called and rescheduled to Wednesday. Apparently they came but did not ring the buzzer to my apartment so I could not give them the item. They also have my number should there be any issues but never called. Called TransDirect to reschedule to Thursday. It's now 5:21pm on Thursday and still waiting for the package to be picked up. And before a long weekend too. I understand it's an extra step to use intercom to get me to bring the package down but have effectively lost a week. Not happy and still waiting.

I am a new user. Creating an account was easy. In fact all steps in organising and executing the sending of a consignment were easy. I am sending cartons to a client from Sydney to Perth and the only information I would like further from all the information you supply is an ETA after the pickup.

Great freight charges and prompt response. Delivery orders were picked up on time. If there's any issue, there's always friendly support line to contact, problems normally get resolved immediately. A must have service for small and medium businesses.

It was easy to sign-up and use. Pricing was simple, courier picked it up when promised, and the goods got to the destination in good time. Couldn't be happier. I have used another online national carrier before and have been happy with their services, but Transdirect were more competitively priced.

package picked in reasonable time, however the courier scanned wrong code and I couldn't track the item.
opened investigation and didn't get a a proper finding until after it was delivered.
Since courier is not a Transdirect owned, most of the blame goes to the courier for wrong scanning.
suggestion: need faster investigation into untrackable items.

Very disappointed in this company! I ordered a courier service on 27th March from Bondi to Freshwater only 30 - 40 mins away. The package did not turn up the next day or any day after that. I have made 6 phone call asking why my package hadn’t been pick up and delivered. I got the same answer every time. “ Your job has been escalated to priority” 10 days later still no package. I would of picked up the package myself, but unfortunately had a car accident and can not drive at the moment, hence why I ordered a service from Transdirect. I had to cancel the service as I did not want to make a 7th phone call and listen to the same outcome.
I will not be using this service again! Very poor from staff and courier service! Big thumbs down!!!

Every aspect of the transfer of my goods surprised me in it's excellence. I had to cancel the first pick up due to a change in circumstances, was refunded immediately and able to re-book days later and everything went smoothly.

We use your service once a month to deliver boxes to Kennards in North Melbourne, from Sydney. Our last 2 deliveries have attracted charges at the Melbourne end for "hand unload" and "tail lift delivery" of $40 and $75 respectively. The latter is about a third of the total shipping bill. Just what is going on?
