Such fast service!!
Service is the best I have ever experienced and i send out a great deal of large item usually by Auspost and Sendle but Transdirect is much more efficient, reliable and gets my parcels delivered in a timely manner and in one piece. The best in the business!!

Perfect shipping company
I am the sender and they always pick up the package on time $ the receiver inform me that the package arrived on time.
Also when I have any problems or issues about the package they always solve the problems with no time and they answer the phone quickly without holding me long time

Dreadful
I paid $145 to have 1 item delivered from the Gold Coast to Redcliffe. It took 4 or 5 phone calls (which took so long to be answered), lodging 2 different investigations for them to finally " find" my delivery after being picked up and not be delivered to my door by the next working day as advised. I received 1 email responding to my 2 lodged investigations and several phone calls saying that we may get the delivery the following morning... That staff member responded 2-3 days After it was delivered apologising for not getting back to me!!

t took a total of 5 days for this item to be delivered to me!!! The distance between pick-up and drop off is 1 hour and 10 minutes drive away! The communications displayed by this company are deplorable. I don't understand how they are in business at all. My rating would be a zero if possible. I would not recommend them to anyone.2 comments

Delivery was not completed
Delivery was not completed not happy just because courier said it was delivered who knows I am now out of pocket $251. I am not using this courier service again they state insurance ha!!!!

Use them all the time
Find it to be a very quick and simple way of getting freight quotes and booking a service. Use it for booking freight for my business all the time. Fairly easy way to follow up if things don’t go to plan.

Reliable service that has helped our business
Packages are always picked up when they are meant to be, and delivered within the time frame allocated. We don't need to wonder if our package is going to be delivered, as we have experienced with other couriers, who simply fail to turn up if it's not profitable for them on the day. We pay a few cents more per package but this is fine as reliability is critical.

So far so good
We switched from using interparcel (who are terrible and refuse to honor any claims of damaged and missing items) to Transdirect and find much better service with transdirect.
Transdirect have always been good with any issues, they are fast and honor claims if at fault unlike others.
So far Transdirect has been the most reliable delivery company for us out of many over the years.

Absolutely nil customer service or back up of any kind
Package was to be delivered from Ashgrove to Hawthorne. Delivery allegedly attempted and returned marked undeliverable but with no explanation as to why. Sat in Hendra depot for six days without any notification to us ( the sender). Receiver very unhappy and advised that package had not arrived. Upon chasing up, we were told it was sitting in depot because the address had 'Ave' written on it instead of Avenue and driver / computer couldn't understand the address?? i- Terrible service
I ordered and item off eBay which was not received on time. When contacted they looked for the item for 2 weeks. When I asked how long this would go on for I received information that it go on forever.
I then followed with the supplier who has fortunately sent another one. I have specifically requested that this courier not be used.
I felt that was for service. You trust a courier to collect and deliver your goods and if they lose them they should correct their failure.
Wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Good prices but very poor service
We've used Transdirect many times and they are nice and helpful over the phone until you have a problem; at which point they put all the responsibility onto the carrier. Out of about 20 bookings we have had 3 or 4 late pick-ups and late deliveries when selecting Couriers Please as the carrier. Quite frankly Couriers Please are very very poor as they regularly pick-up a day or 2 late, their tracking system provides no useful real -time information and you can wait a day or more for Transdirect to get back to you about any tracking issues. a consignment that was delivered 7 days late and neither Transdirect nor Couriers Please apologised or offered any compensation whatsoever. I try to choose TNT every time from the list of carriers that Transdirect offer as we never have a problem with them. Poor Customer Service - Good Ecommerce Experience
I have recently started using Transdirect over another agent for some deliveries.
Initially, I thought this company is great as the ecommerce experience is good albeit the time it takes to generate labels much slower than the other company.

still waiting on delivery from last 5 days, where the depot is 5 mnutes away from my delivery location, everyday some new excuse, what kind of service it is, rather shut it down, i will not recomend any one to use this rubbish serivce

Hi Transdirect, I've been waiting for a month now for a product I purchased from Brisbane, which was sent by the seller via Transdirect. I have contacted Transdirect, and your courier Fastway numerous times to get the product delivered without success. It has been an extremely frustrating experience and after a month's wait, I have never received the item. I was told by Transdirect a few times that I will be sent an update after following up with their courier but that never happened.

Hope to find you here because I cannot find your email support anywhere on Internet.
I have recieved email about "Under declared collection notification" about weight of package I sent via Transdirect.
I did weight 2 cartons (1 big and 1 small) as the size I declared about 38 kg.
And After the consignment was inspected, weighed and cubed by the Carrier, the corrected information is a Charged Weight of 89Kg.
It is unbelievable weight for 2 big cases and 3 small cases Dell which I won from auction. I can provide detail of items if you want. I would like to ask you send me any proof that you did re-weight the package then charging me $113 more directly in my account.

Not sure why you're asking me Bernie - I was the customer of Transdirect?? I'm not connected to the company so I can't answer your question.
One time out of the last 100+ times we've used them we've had a pick up didn't happen.
10 days after multiple follow-ups, and still no pick up.
Their final explanation was "no driver services that area", but I knew that to be false.
In the end, I left it / let the deal fall through.
