Order placed online..no confirmation or product until put a claim in with PayPal. Received goods 3 weeks later. No response to email, online form, phone message or Facebook message.

Got ripped off paid via paypal but got noting in return .Phone 5 times .Emailed 5 times no replies .Will not deal with again.

They have some excellent deals on the travel accessories they offer. However there ordering system and follow-up on email and voicemail queries could be improved.

We had planned 2 weeks holidays one in bali one in phuket so we bought 2 deals off travelfactory site. The prices were the best we could find anywhere by far with alot of extras thrown in like airport transfers, meals, massages etc.. Everything went well we even bought our airline tickets of them and they to were also the best price we could find on the internet. We cant recommend travelfactory enough.

Before you sign up for a voucher, be sure to read the fine print.. We purchased 2 nights at Leaf Field Cottages and made sure that we booked between the validity period. However, if you keep reading in the fine print further down, bookings have to be confirmed a good couple of months prior to the last date for travel/accommodation. I emailed the Travel Factory and received no response and can't find a phone number to speak to any one. Looks like our money was totally wasted. Take care when using this Company.

Bought a 2 Night Melbourne escape for only $159 including Breakfast and dinner and had a fantastic Holiday . Have since bought 3 more deals and look forward to buying more . Highly recommend travelfactory deals . Only a small company but they seem to really know what they are doing . If your looking for a good deal checkout there website.
