Hey, Just curious. We have recently made a booking with a resort in Fiji through Travel Online. We wanted to know if its possible to access our reservations through the official hotels website. Our confirmation email didn't include this.

Another question is, if we book our airfares through Travel Online, can we access our flights through the Official Airlines website or do we have to contact our travel agent?

Thanks for your message and my apologies for the delayed response as our office has been closed over the New Years break. in regards to your question, You can not access your booking for the hotel on their official website. Any questions you have or amendments you would like to make or add can be done directly through us. In regards to booking airfares, if you book through us, yes you can access your flight booking through the airlines official website.

Hi, trying to book holiday in Bali online, because we have four children 16,14, 10, and 9 accomodation seems near impossible all family type resorts advertised, don't seem to cater for larger families and cost wise the blow out seems unreasonably unfair we are happy to have a twin bedroom type room with queen in one room for us and the second room have two queen beds or queen and two singles. None of the sites allow you to configure and always jump to extra rooms which blows the cost out, on holiday we don't intend to spend much time sitting in our rooms, can you help or suggest some company to assist us

Hi Wayne, there are a couple of factors that would be affecting the cost of your holiday. Most hotels and resorts have a child policy that only caters to guests up to 12 years, so technically your 14 year old and 16 year old will be being charged the adult rate. Your preferred travel dates can also affect the price. It might be worth considering villa accommodation, as this can often work out cheaper for larger families and groups. They booked the Outrigger in Fiji just before Christmas it was awesome and the price the same

Just returned last week from our Fiji trip to treasure island booked completely through travel online. Our trip was fantastic and I can highly recommend travelonline. We went on a cruise to Japan Nearly forgotten at Singapore airlines Assistance lounge on the way there. On our return, we insisted we were on the list for the Melbourne flight Japan to Singapore otherwise we would have been left on board ship in Osaka. APT TOURING was supposed to organise our travel. Travellers with a current Australian passport valid for at least 6 months can travel in Thailand for up to 30 days without requiring a visa. This is a restriction imposed by the government of Thailand. If you want to stay longer you will require a visa. Visas can be obtained from the closest Embassy or Consulate of Thailand prior to departure. Information regarding visas change frequently so contact an Embassy or Consulate of Thailand to ensure the information you have is correct.

As an avid traveller I have trawled your website many a time but never used you as was slightly apprehensive. First time booking last week - I thought I would take the plunge and try you out. Super unhappy that I have emailed you on Friday about my booking but am yet to hear back. Called yesterday only to be told they couldn't access Clare's emails. That's fine, but am now at the mercy of Clare actually emailing me back. All I want to do is amend the booking. Now regretting using you. Had I used Expedia (my go to for combining hotels and flights) I wouldn't be in this position.

What is your SLA for responding to emails?

Firstly we sincerely apoligise for the response you had yesterday. While Clare was not working yesterday, our office is open 7 days a week and one of our other Consultants should have been able to access Clare's emails and deal with your amendment request. We will provide refresher training to our weekend staff to ensure this doesn't reoccur. Rebecca C is our Reservations Manager and she will be assisting you to resolve this today. When I booked our holiday about 5 months before we went all was good. 2 months out i received an email about a discount rate due to work being carried out. I rang the person dealing with mine and she was away for personal reasons, but the lady I spoke to sorted the re booking and the discount rate very quickly. I then received a confirmation from the original lady that all had been done when she got back as well.

I did not book my flights through them as I had already done so. The accommodation was great and there were no fees to book through them.
