We were very happy with the claims dept and the service. i called the company on arrival back into the country and arranged a claim immediately. After providing the correct documentation the claim was approved. Th e process was easily followed.

Very good value for money. Policy covered everything that I needed and I loved the travel card, knowing that if I needed it, the process would be easy. Thank goodness I haven't needed to make a claim

Used it for a short domestic cruise and it was very good value compared to other products I considered. Love the re-useable card. Did not make a claim, so cant comment on that side

Not sure about the value compared to insurance provided with credit cards. It was easy to set up. This is the first time I've used Travel card but will look at using again in the future.

Great value. We have used TravelCard several times when traveling. Find it the most easiest form of travel insurance due to only having to produce the card when or if an incident or accident occurs. Luckily we have never had to use it.

First time using Travelcard but it won't be the last! The No Excess is the best part about it! I had some medical issues while overseas and when I contacted them they were brilliant and made the whole thing less stressful. Highly recommend them! The policy was slightly more expensive but worth it!

have only used travel card once, but would never go any where else cheaper than others, easy to set up.

Switched to Travel Card this year on a family trip to Thailand and needed to use twice. Travelcard were amazing. Helping with booking and supporting the whole appointment. They followed up immediately offering further support.

I initially purchased my policy and then needed to extend it, this was a very easy process taking maybe 2-3min time over the phone. I had to make a claim once I returned home and this was also a very simple process. The team were so easy to work with and I am so happy I selected them.

I was able to get the policy for a reasonable price with a pre-existing medical condition. It was easy to get over the phone and the consultant was very helpful and professional.

Didn’t have to claim. But too bad I’d we did. Decided to leave 1 day earlier to Melbourne from Tasmania before proceeding overseas. Had this organised 2 months prior to leaving. Tried calling at least 15 times during this period to change travel dates. Always told someone would call back as the system was down. No one got back to me

Although this was the most expensive policy we were quoted we were willing to pay the extra to have cover should Mt Agung fire again and upset our travel plans in Bali.
We did not need cover for a volcanic eruption but my phone did go for a quick dip in the pool and I was not looking forward to the claim process. In fact I wasn't going to bother submitting a claim.
However, when contacted by Travelcard to request feedback I asked if it was worth my while claiming. From there the process was fairly straightforward and painless and my claim was paid out (phone was deemed unrepairable), much to my pleasant surprise.

Good over and value for money. Easy to setup and good customer service when needed advise and clarification of what policy covered and what it did not. Made sure it covered me and allowed for existing conditions

The policy is value for money. All the areas we were concerned where covered in the policy, ie volcano.The credit card system is a great way to travel. Follow up from the company was great on our return.

Lost my Oakley sunglasses while at a water park, claimed them on our travel insurance and because I had all the necessary paper work the claim was dealt with very quickly.

Easy and simple to apply and set up 1st time traveling overseas. We were at ease knowing if anything happened whilst overseas we were covered. I would definitely reccomend Travelcard to anyone traveling

Family was sick while in Bali. Travelcard was exceptional. Very easy to use and great communication. Only downside was the $50 phone bill I got when we got back home.

The policy was good value, was easy to take out and card arrived quickly in the mail. I have taken out a second policy for my next trip and will likely use the service of Travelcard again.
