We purchased the large octagonal umbrella from Aaron and Karen 2 years ago and recently purchased our second one for our pool, both times Aaron and Keren's service has been outstanding. The product is excellent and the help and customer service from Aaron and Keren we could not fault. We are really happy with our purchases.

This company kept my credit card details after a small personal purchase and 6 months later falsely charged over $3000 to my card and promised to credit it back but never did. Do not buy from them they are criminals.

Purchased a tropicover umbrella 12 years ago. After many years of enjoyment looked at replacing it but couldn’t find anything else as good. Called the company who suggested just updating the canopy. Came out, serviced the frame and cables then installed a new canopy. Like brand new but much better value than replacing it

We love our 5 metre umbrella. It has turned a corner of our garden into a fabulous outdoor living room! It stays almost permanently up all summer and is used regularly throughout the year. Recently our umbrella was damaged in a freak wild storm. Fortunately insurance covered it and we now have a new one! Great service from Tropicover, I would highly recommend their products.

Returning happy customer after 9 years, the new umbrella side post, double canopy, 18 sq m has some design improvements increasing its strengths in key areas, 100% UV blockout, and renew elegant material finish under the canopy.

I have nothing but praise for this fabulous company. From the time I called to the time the umbrella was installed everything has run to plan. The staff have all been so polite and helpful. In a word fantastic !

In September 2018 we ordered a new cover $1,850 that week our credit card was charged $1850 through a different company, Tropicover used our credit card to pay their supplier but made the payment the exact amount of our purchase. Then in November they charged our card again a further $1,850. Tried to speak with Aaron Cohen he tells me not there problem speak to our bank. We have and their fraud team are looking into it. Great umbrella but not for twice the price. Watch your credit card for months after any purchase.

I have just replaced the original umbrella cover with a new one .The old one was over 15 years old and showing its age. I was more than satisfied with the old one and didn't really expect it to last as long as it did

We have a 3x3m square umbrella that we have cemented into the slab. It's 4 years old now and we have it up most of the time. There are times when we have forgotten to take it down during a storm and it has remained strong (we get pretty big storms in Brisbane). We've been under it during heavy rain and haven't gotten wet. Possums sometimes use it as a climbing frame and the fabric has withstood their claws and droppings. It cleans easily with a high pressure water hose. My only gripe is that you can't angle it when the sun is low but perhaps that would compromise the strength. Apart from that, very happy with it and would highly recommend.

We recently had a large 4.5m umbrella installed in our pool area - and it is perfect. Can't wait for summer to put it to best use. It provides an area which we will be able to sit / eat etc - and then can be adjusted to cover a good portion of the pool for swimming. We were quite amazed at the reduction in heat when standing / sitting under the umbrella.
