Good bank, good service, some fees.
Ive been with this bank for about 30 years.
Credit rating A-. This is a good rating.
Contact - excellent, usually an answer by a real person within 30 seconds. Email response is equally fast.
Interest Rates for deposits - medium with some exceptions eg 90 day term deposits.
Ease of use internet - good. Customer orientated, but so far dont use fingerprint recognise on Android app.
Fees - generally, you can avoid fees if Premier account with sufficient funds. They have gone to $1/cheque fee I dont like, but are generous with helping out eg ...Read more
