Fantastic build
We spent 9 months with an alternate sloping site builder only to have our time and money wasted. We found Tullipan Homes and with in weeks are plans were done and in council!
From the outset Jamie was fantastic. Open, honest and realistic about our difficult sloping block. From there, Mark and the back end staff easily put our plans together. The staff communication was brilliant with quick replies and nothing was ever a problem.

s easy, with plenty of opportunity for collaboration (we built a custom design) and the team were happy to make as many changes as practically possible to ensure we were happy with the design. The team also guided us right through the council approval process and kept us informed each step of the way - Selections: Unlike what we understood from other companies, the selections process was smooth and Tullipan put us in contact directly with the experts in the relevant areas, which meant we could really have whatever we wanted & had design professionals (e.g., kitchen designers) to give us expert advice. We also really valued the colour consultant who gave us great advice and brought our vague requirements to life! Additionally, we were able to have a clear breakdown of prices, meaning we could swap items in/out so as to meet our budget - Contract signing: nothing was hidden. Everything was laid out in plain English & the team made themselves available to answer any questions to ensure we were 100% comfortable before signing. - The build: very smooth. Inspections were available to us as required and site supervisor was super easy to work with, responsive and professional. Nothing was too hard if we needed to make changes (and the variations were, much to our delight, minimal and much lower than expected). The build was finished 5 weeks ahead of schedule. - Post-hand over: All (minor) fixes were addressed within a really quick timeframe. There were no arguments as to what was in or out of scope and the team provided advice through the entire Occupational Certificate (approval) process. Overall, the team were professional, no-nonsense and really easy to deal with. They have great designs that were easily customisable so we didn't have to compromise and we love the end result.

We love our Tullipan home !
Tullipan were excellent to build with, we purchased a sloped block and it wasnt a problem for Tullipan . They are experienced with sloping blocks and because of this we got to build our dream home, we chose the sienna sideslope which worked perfectly on our land . Our site supervisor Jacob was excellent during the building process, he was efficient and professional throughout the whole build . A great company to build our home with very friendly staff to help with the whole build. We are very happy with our new home thank you !

Great builder with personal service
We had a great experience with Tullipan. They are very professional and tend to their customer needs all the way through the process from sale to post handover. Most of their suppliers also have the same customer centric approach to their service. I especially loved working with their kitchen supplier.
My 2 suggestions that would help future customers: 1. Provide more guidance on electrical plans; 2. ensure the DA is such that occupancy can be granted by the certifier at handover.

Seamless experience
From my initial meeting, Mark was able to assist in finding a viable solution to achieve our goals of building a functional dual-occupancy on our site.
Shona was able to seamlessly amend any planning designs without any fuss.
The selections team (Jesse and Neil) were a pleasure to deal with and provided plenty of assistance and guidance along the way.

He went above and beyond to help us during the build with incorporating special detailing and even post construction in organising trades to assist in finishing our driveway and landscaping. Thankyou Tullipan Homes. We have recently had a new house built by Tullipan Homes. From start to finish the process was very easy with excellent management throughout the build time. We were very pleasantly surprised that from demolition of our existing house in February until completion and handover in August was only a 6 month period. Mark, Rodney, Adam and Jordan were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
The workmanship is of a high quality throughout and we were updated on all progress along the way. We had very few issues, and any we did have were dealt with very quickly.
Our final costs were fairly close to our estimated costs so there were no surprises.
We would definitely recommend Tullipan Homes. A great company to deal with.

Great Builder to Deal with
This is Our Third Build. Our First with Tullipan. The people at Tullipan Homes are wonderful, Daniel our site manager was very professional and a great bloke.
We have been in our new home for 5 months and we have been extremely impressed with the build of our beautiful new home, Best from our previous experiences. The build was managed very well by Daniel and any alterations were no issue. Any issues that arose were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

From start with our inquiries when ever we mentioned the name Tullipan we received good comments. Sales staff were very helpful to assist with what we were trying to achieve. Front office staff were also very helpful with our requirements. At the time my wife was going through breast cancer treatment and all staff were aware of our situation and helpful. Our home was completed in very quick time . Local residents were very complementary and pleased as we were with end result. All suppliers recommended by Tullipan gave their full support. We found love on an impossible sloping block
Overall we have been extremely impressed with the build of our beautiful new custom design home. Our site manager Daniel Tullipan was unbelievable with great communication and coordination of the build with construction completed in only 6 months (2 months ahead of schedule). This is most impressive as our block has a decent slope with difficult access. Daniel and his trades took pride in delivering a quality finished product that we absolutely love! The only part of the process that could be improved for us was the actual design phase. We found communication less than perfect and would have appreciated greater effort and advice when it was asked for eg. When selecting window types and sizes. Quality build and a family business that care
We were really impressed with Tullipan from the early stages of when we started to look at display homes. We have a sloping block, that is also battle axe, so we were limited for choice with our builder. Nothing was ever a problem with Tullipan. We altered their design to the point where practically every room had some sort of modification, each change they quoted for and we were charged the difference, but no charges or an additional fee for alteration. Adam Tullipan was brilliant and flexible with ideas and concepts throughout this process.

From our first meeting with Jamie to the handing over of the keys was such an easy/stress free process. We did a knockdown rebuild in Umina Beach and the finish product is nothing short of amazing. We took on our first home build a bit nervous and slightly overwhelmed. We have a young family and wanted to build a home that we would spend generations in so we chose Murrays Beach for the site and started looking for builders. Jacob was our Project Manager and was amazing from beginning to end. He kept us up to date with progress, talked us through any small changes that had to be made and gave us great advice on the what we should do after the build was complete. We finished under budget and 6 weeks early! The quality of build and materials is really high and it's the little design features we love the most. nothing was ever too much trouble for them. At the beginning, when we felt overwhelmed with some of the selection processes, they were there to guide us. The building of our home finished well ahead of schedule and on budget – no hidden surprises which was always comforting. The concrete slab was laid in November and even with the usual Christmas break, the handover of our finished home took place in the first week of April.
