To start with we found Jamie to be very informative in answering our queries. Once we signed our deposit for drawings for our very slope site, office support staff Shona, Jessie and Neil had been very helpful with our choice of upgrade of our finishes (variations), and later Mark to make sure the design works, and lastly Adam to patiently explain the final contract and patiently answering our queries.

I have been very impressed with Tullipan, right from our first interaction with them and all the way to delivery of the final product. The whole business is family owned and managed, and I have seen great teamwork in action resulting in a home that we've always dreamed about.

Building with Tullipan was a great decision.
The whole process from the very beginning up to handover was easy & stress free.

Having a rather steep sloping block most of the major project builders weren't interested but with the many Tullipan designs to choose from we found the perfect one to suit our site.
By making a few minor design changes to the original Sienna MKll we made it uniquely ours.

All of the staff that we dealt with from the front office to on site were extremely knowledgeable & polite. No question ever went unanswered, no query was ever a problem.

We employed Tullipan in late 2015 choosing a project upslope home for our block on the central coast, [name removed] was great to deal with and we obtained an initial Qoute and choose to proceed.

When we started looking for the builder for the sloping land project homes, the first thought was that Tullipan is a bit dearer than the competitors.
