Tullipan Homes has restored our confidence in home builders
After years of searching my wife and I found a perfect home design to suit our block of land. Unfortunately for us this design was the property of another project home builder whom we subsequently signed up with to build our dream home. This builder was full of broken promises, had a site manager who was never on site and a habit for sending progress claims for work that hadn't been done. led to believe the quality we wanted could only come from a reputable private builder. However, through word of mouth, we kept hearing about the positive experiences from others who had built with, or knew someone who had built with Tullipan Homes. We contacted Tullipan Homes and soon after David and Rodney were inspecting our build to assess whether it could be brought up to their standards or they would not consider taking on the project. Fortunately for us it did and very soon after we had a detailed quotation from Tullipan Homes that was fair and reasonable given the higher specification level included. There was never any pressure to sign the contract and, most importantly, we felt we could trust Tullipan Homes to complete our home to a very high standard. We are now 3 months into a 4 month contract period and our house is practically complete. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work done so far and the high level of professionalism from both the tradies onsite and all the staff at their head office at Tuggerah. We have been pleasantly surprised by how easy it has been dealing with Tullipan Homes and our requests for changes (12 at last count), even after the contract was signed, have been met with prompt responses to our satisfaction. We can't wait to move in to our new home and have no hesitation in recommending Tullipan Homes to anyone considering building a new home. After many months of research we finally decided to go with Tullipan to build our dream home and we have no regrets with this decision. Our home is not completed as yet but we have found that all the staff and their contractors are all very professional in what they do. hen talking with them. They have made us feel like part of their family. Nothng is too much trouble and they listen to what you want and nothing is too much trouble. Even though our home is in the early stages my husband and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone that is in the process of wanting to build. Tullipan Homes are exceptional and rate as 6 star as far as we are concerned. They were helpful and accomodating from the start. No hidden costs they were upfront with everything. We have found them to be very friendly and they always make follow up calls unlike some other builders that we sought before signing with Tullipan. They are professional right from the receptionist to higher management. Have no complaints about the company or the staff.

I still remember [name censored] & [name censored] standing on our land debating which side the balcony should be on (mind you this was after hours) I knew then we had the right builder! The time taken to get the design right for the block is so important & it shows now. From deign to handover it was never stressful. They have always been honest & disclosed all relevant information. Everything just worked!! There are builders who just build houses, & there are builders who have vision, to create something special for you on your block of land!! In our case the view was so important. That to me describes Tullipan, a very in touch builder who is more interested in building a house that works for you. It is important to understand that building a house is one experience, maintenance & warranty repairs that may be needed after the home is built is another. How well the builder responds after the house is handed over?? Let’s face it, we have all heard the horror stories after hand over from other builders about repairs or general warranty claims & the builder simply washes his hands of all responsibilities. Usually after 3mths you really start to know your home, & because you are so excited at hand over you tend to generally miss a lot? But I can say now there wasn’t a lot to miss. The Tullipan home stands tall on quality, but the real workmanship is in the structure of the home. There are no noises in the floors from settling timbers it’s solid & sound. Quality, Workmanship, Design, Helpful, Honest & Professional the 6 words that comes to mind when I look back on the Tullipan experience. So we to will join the Grape vine & will spread the word. After building a new home ask most people if they would build again? I don’t know anyone who would? But if you ask me, my answer would be; I would build tomorrow with Tullipan, without a second thought! Great builder.My wife and I were very happy but the best assessment I could give is through the eyes of the neighbours in the street. We rate Tullipan an excellent and reputable builder. The whole building process went smoothly and without hastle for us. Tullipan engaged excellent local suppliers and subcontractors on the project,the small details were finished to a high standard of workmanship and Tullipan had staff members on hand throughout the whole process able to answer our questions promptly and straightforwardly. Reliable, honest family run building company which can deliver wa more than any of the larger project home builders, who will over charge you for any sloping site, no matter how minimal the slope may be. Tullipan would be my company of choice for a rebuild.

The overall process was much faster than expected from signing contracts to the handing over of the keys. Very professional company. I would recommend it to any one anytime. Its been a wonderfull experience. Thankyou Tullipan Homes.
Value for money, everyone is easy to get in contact with. Great family values that show through with the full service. The Tullipans helped design my home and any changes were meet with no hesitation. The supervisor gave great attention to detail and was a pleasure to deal with and finished ahead off schedule..
