The price doesn’t reflect the quality! Arctic Large Serving Centre Review
I was wanting a dip and serve tray for ages, after lots of searching I found the Tupperware Arctic Large Serving Centre & thought it was perfect & although it was expensive, I thought, my past Tupperware items were great quality, so the high amount will be reflective in the product!!! Upon receiving it, I was highly disappointed...it seems to be a really cheap plastic/material used, not like the previous ones made, as I’ve seen older ones like this, which are much better quality! The concept is great, but the dip lid was near impossible to get ...Read more
on!! And the cover, barely holds...meaning if you transport it, good luck with the serving tray lid and the contents inside, actually staying in!!! I would have thought with the price tag, that it would have been great quality and made better!!! I just appears that the quality has gone down but the price is still high!! I don’t mind paying for great quality...but Tupperware...you charge exorbitant amounts, but your quality isn’t like it use to be!!!Purchased in April 2021 for $74.00.

Another unhappy long time (25 years + ) customer . Just would like to warn everyone about this “fantastic” ( once upon a time ) company. I was very big fun of their products, but not anymore.
Now it is better to buy something pretty and cheep and change it for the new one every so often . Believe me that will be the best option.
I’ve had about 12 (mostly lids ) to exchange as they weren’t working anymore ( seal) . Contacted they and from 12 items they requested to

ems, at my cost $8.95. After a few days they send me an email and congratulate me on my successfully approval for my (life time warranty ) items? Than they asked me to pay delivery of $12.95 from every 4 approved claimed items. So all up $47.65 to exchange my (mostly )lids. Some of my lids were for snack cups ( they are very small) . Tried to contact them 3 times and since 26/02/2020 ( the day of my approval) and once someone sent it me email that this process takes 4-6 weeks and I should get them in 2 weeks time. Today is 27/04/2020 and after waiting so long I decide to show my disappointment to more people. I understand that we are at the difficult times at the moment, but if you are in business you should do everything to stay in business. I’ve been collecting Tupperware for over 25 years and spend a lot of money and was a demonstrator for a short time as well. Well Tupperware lost me as a customer .

Replacements under warranty
I bought a MicroCook pitcher with lid at a party approximately 2 years ago. The jug cracked around the handle a couple of months ago so I requested a replacement under warranty. I (finally) received the replacement yesterday, but only the jug not the lid. The problem is that they have sent a different coloured jug. Apparently the jug colour has now been changed to "Peacock blue". I called the contact number at Tupperware to ask for a matching lid, waited on hold for 15 minutes and then spoke to a very rude person who told me that they are ...Read more
not required to provide a lid because, even though the jug and lid are now mismatched, the jug is "functional". She said it was just like when you get repairs done to your car, they don't replace the whole car - not sure how it's the same thing, except if you got a replacement panel on your car which was a different colour. I've now got an expensive mismatched jug and lid. I won't be buying Tupperware again, their products are too expensive, quality isn't as good as it used to be and they don't provide the "fine print" on their warranties. Should have bought from IKEA instead!Purchased in October 2021 at Tupperware for $56.00.

Clear Mates
I am very disappointed in the clear mates sets I purchased last year. I had trouble getting the lids on when they first arrived, however I soaked them in hot water as advised and managed to get them on. However with use I still find the lids terribly hard to get on, the double action seal does not work as the lid is too tight. I will think twice before purchasing again. I have some Tupperware items that are 40 years old and they are much better quality than these new ones.
Purchased in August 2021 for $145.00.

Disappointed and feel ripped off.
I am super dissapointed, spent $280 on Santa Stashes (4 of them) to try and get some goodies. And I received 4 identicle stashes. Assumed at first maybe they were all the same but my friend ordered one and hers was completely different and it had such better items and quality things. Seemed she actually got the $200 worth of tupperwear for the $70 each and I didn't. Really unhappy and don't think I will be buying anymore Tupperwear if this is their treatment of customers.

Replacements
I was at a Tupperware party on August 18, where I took some items for replacement. I AM STILL WAITING.
The consultant is Annie Shearer from Albury, the last time I spoke to her she said it could take a couple of months. I believe there are still outstanding items from a party a couple of weeks before . It is now three months. I have containers in my pantry with plastic bags in them, and also two that need total replacement. How much longer?

Disappointing - Tupperware Modular Mates Labels
I purchased new labels for my Tupperware Modular Mates.
The clear labels have black coloured writing (font) and are supplied on a white background. You peel the label off the background to put it on the clear modular mate container.
On sticking a label to a container I'm extremely disappointed.
Tupperware marketing department has changed the label font size to small and changed the text from all upper case to upper and lower case.
The result is once the label/s are adhered to the clear container the text is very hard to read.
I spoke to a ver...Read more

Micro Urban rice cooker a dud
I recently received a replacement micro urban rice cooker as the older version I had cracked. The lid is impossible to get off and I broke the base of the rice cooker when i used pressure to get the lid off. Very disappointed after waiting 2 months for the replacement

Disappointed customer
Why did tupperware get rid if the round lettuce container. I was recently sold the fridge container to hold lettuce. You have to break it up to put in container & the ends go brown. I would be better going to Coles for the round one.The mystery pack was disappointing. I rcvd 4 drink bottles. I had already purchased 2 drink bottles at the same party, sharing 2 with somebody else as I didnt need the 4 that came in a pack. I now have 6 drink bottles. I also rcvd a small round container with juicer, grater etc. No instructions, whats the grater for, it doesnt grate onion.

Utterly disappointed Tupperware customer
for many years have been buying and using Tupperware containers, boxes, etc.
I tried recently to exchange my 10+ years of rice despenser which I bought for SGD100 over. This is my first time asking for a replacement as I have taken good care of it and have been using it carefully. Reason why I need a replacement is because for quite a few months my rice despenser has not been able to keep away rice weevils and is no longer performing at its peak.
According to Tupperware lifetime warranty and philosophy, I was very, very disappointed to get bac...Read more
k my old rice despenser with two red stoppers to prevent weevils instead of adhering to what you claim when I first bought the expensive product. I can send pictures of the two red stopper and my 10+ years of old rice despenser for your reference. Believe my rice despenser is warped after 10+ years of usage and no longer perform at its current condition that’s why weevils entered the despenser. When I first bought the item, Tupperware did not say they will get stoppers to fix such problem otherwise why would I pay so much more for a simple rice despenser? This is dishonesty and cheating the consumer of her right! Please be honest to adhere to Tupperware claim and do not use such despicable methods of handling loyal customers request.Similar opinion? Tupperware returns policy a farce!
What a joke the lifetime warranty for Tupperware! I went online, created an account, filled in details of faulty items and submitted it only to get an email back that all 10 of my items must be returned, then I have to pay postage for any items they may or may not replace for me. I have finished with Tupperware I will never buy another item!
You have lost another faithful customer! I will now purchase kmart modular mates at least I dont pay an arm and a leg for them and then get duped by the lifetime warranty!

lids don't fit anymore, have to pay exhorbitantly for a replacement under the "lifetime warranty"
3 of my lids have cracked and don't fit anymore, I've had to resort to using 2 rubber bands to keep them on each time i use them! but the "lifetime warranty" requires me to pay so much for the postage of sending the defective items in, and the subsequent postage of the replacement items, and even then it's not guaranteed that they'll replace my warped lids, and yet they won't even send back the original items if they decide not to replace them, that it's not worth it for me to even try. Clearly this whole system is designed to ensure that customers don't bother with invoking the warranty for defective items. Surely this is illegal?

Unhappy customer
When I bought my Tupperware if a problem it was returned to a dealer to be returned for a lifetime replacement. Now they change the rules, very disappointed in this new rule.
I live very close to Loganholme Tupperware is it possible to make a delivery to there with several pieces of my broken unuseable pieces of Tupperware.
Thanking you for your assistance.

Does not live up to it’s reputation ‘Lifetime Warranty’
I purchased the Tupperware salad bowl and use it only in the summer month. It was accidentally dropped on the kitchen floor and it cracked! I contacted the agent and was told it was not replaceable under warranty as it was an impact damage. I was most disappointed as I do not expect plastic to crack when dropped. I was not told about the weakness of this plastic material. As a result of poor quality product and customer service, I will not be buying their products anymore.

Not what it used to be
Had some Modular Mate lids to be replaced. I was not impressed at having to pay for postage to send them to Tupperware. Also, in the past they used to have a lot of old stock suitable for replacement. Now my Modular Mates colour is unavailable and goodness knows what I would get instead. I have decided to source replacements from overseas where the range is better. Tupperware Australia were not helpful with their 'take it or leave it attitude' and the cost of the products is very high. It's sad to see a good company sunk so low.

Tupperware is more than storage - Oven, Microwave, Fridge & Freezer!
The Tupperware cookware has really impressed me every time I make my favourite dishes - satay and vegies with tofu or chicken, seafood marinara bake and red curry chicken and vegies - all in record time and with very little fuss. In the same dish I prepare the sauce base, then add the meat and microwave, and then the vegies and microwave. I can pop the finished meal straight into the fridge to be eaten as leftovers. From time to time if my empty-nester household has too much food in the fridge, I can pop a couple of elastic bands around the T...Read more
upperware dish and then put the meal straight into to the freezer for future use. On the odd occasion, I use my Tupperware dishes in the oven as they make it so much easier to clean up afterwards. The main thing to watch is not to use the Tupperware on the stove top or put it into a conventional oven over 250 celsius.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Hello, I would like to know why Tupperware are now suddenly charging a delivery fee on ALL products, even if it is something small, you are charging $12.95 delivery regardless of how big or small the order is? I ordered one of your specials that was $17.95 only to be told that I would have to pay a delivery fee on top of my order! To be honest, in majority of cases, customers are really only buying Tupperware to help out a friend at a party to help the host get rewards, it is already a very expensive product where there are many cheaper alternatives that are of the same if not better quality! In today's competitive market do you truly believe you will stay in business with this new model of selling? I have been very disappointed with Tupperware quality for a long time now, it is definitely not the same as it used to be, I have many pieces that are broken so cannot use them, blades that have gone blunt (only to be told these are not covered by the warranty) have looked into trying to get a replacement, however, once again, this is also difficult as we the consumer have to foot the bill for postage on a faulty product! Do Tupperware think they are doing the consumer a favour by allowing us to buy your product? This is what is seems to me, it is the consumer who bears most of the responsibility, I'm not sure how you will stay in business, I for one will never buy another piece of Tupperware as it is an absolute rip off and you guys are now getting greedy and do not think about the customer at all, it's all about your profit margin only, once you have sold it you don't care anymore! I know quite a few people who have the same mind as me, unfortunately, you are pricing yourself out of the market! I do not need a container delivered, I can easily pick it up myself from the distribution centre I asked if I was able to do this, Tupperware will not give me this option bit of a rort!
