I found navigating the site was easy enough. The only issue was as a first time customer I didn’t realise the ‘names’ of the products are their colours. I just got what was assigned to me, which was the wrong colour. This was quickly sorted by the customer service team which really impressed me.
Now that I know they’re named it will make it easy to remember for next time.
LOVE the quality of the make up and the coverage is fantastic. My sister put me onto it, and now I will be telling my friends.

I received the product in good time, but one of the products included was the wrong size, with follow up although we were not able to get a quick reply from the manufacture as the right size was unavailable, the return process was excellent. Thanks Team
Excellent customer service
I initially had trouble with the delivery of the product, this was not the fault of the supplier as it was an error made by the courier. I contacted the supplier and let them know I did not receive the package. The supplier immediately sent a replacement item. I rate this sort of customer service very highly and it gives me confidence to make other purchases.
Phone will not fit on it which is the reason I bought it. Ad on TV shows how good it is for the car.
I contacted by phone so this section is not applicable to my purchase. The telephone service was excellent, but I didn't like being asked to buy more things despite saying so.

I got 2 Instachills and wanting to return and it’s still in my free trial progress. Many calls to TV shop and Courier companies. No one will return products. I’m in NSW and it’s got to go back to VIC
It says in my return email I can’t even return it in person! This is outrageous ! I am willing to return and can’t ! TV shop says they can’t organise a pick up. Also This product is not worth getting, It does not make the room cool. And so over priced.

I found this product to be ineffective in the climate we have here up in north Queensland mainly due to the high humidity which we have experienced over the last few months. I too had a problem of the fan blades not being able to hold in a up and down position. I must say however the after sale service was excellent in helping me to return this product and offered all assistance in this matter
Unhappy with insta chill / n service
Instachill product arrived not in good order had to put up with horrid delivery driver from Aust post and call after call to tv shop to try and sort out trouble why pay over six hundred for item that damaged ??i just want to return it and get my 49.98 back thank you they say u have to arrange pick up I just had heart att and carnt take it to a Po a:post said u have to arrange this I’ve made heaps of calls and carnt get help she did ring at seven am and I’d just got to sleep no apology’s nothing please can u sort this as I wish I had Not even tryed to buy this was a mistake and will not do that again too much hassle please pick it up thank you 10809527 very very unhappy it is packed up ready to go

emailed pic as requested, you advised you did not receive I stated when I sent it, your reply was to send to the email, [email protected] . This is where I sent it originally what is going on no-one can confirm if you have it and that my query is in progress. People not willing to own the customer service role, continually falling short of what is required just batting the issue away and putting it back on the customer when in this case the customer has done what is requested, better to call now to get a result otherwise this will go around and around for days.

I had an occasion to deal with the good people at the TV Shop over a part that hadn't arrived. They were extremely helpful, provided very good service and always followed up and got back to me. The matter was very satisfactorily resolved and I was very pleased...they stood by their word. I will certainly be shopping there again.

I purchased two instachill 09EX V2 . They are a good product. Very well priced. I did have a problem with the blades on one cooler, but after telling the company about it, they are going to replace it as soon as I return the faulty one. They also will pay for the return postage. I feel they have done well by me. I am yet to return cooler as I am waiting for Courier Voucher from them. Regards Gloria
I was given my Kool grill it was great until I left in tent and had expansion ring taken with my lid how where can I get a roasting lid and expansion ring as I love using for roast but now just not good ps yes they took my chicken too anouyed
