The ECO Pot, for singles, live alone, etc, is RUBBISH its nothing more than a mini rice cooker and you can't do that in it with a meal. Waste of $$ and have not even used it, just read book! Seriously!

Horrendous Postage Costs Spoil Purchasing Experience

Have always been satisfied with products purchased from TVSN and the manner of their delivery; however I must take issue with the exorbitant postage costs. I feel these costs could well preclude purchasing by some people, which is a shame. The extreme postage costs cannot surely be justified and is to be hoped they can be reviewed in 2020 to reflect a fairer and more honest deal for customers.

I have been with TVSN for 5 years.. I find the reviews here puzzling... I have not had any issues with returns or in contacting the excellent call centre staff... my purchases arrive quickly and for minimal postage... Excellent service!

Buyers Beware Tvsn Is Hopeless

So not happy. Was sent the wrong parcel not my order now they want me to send back. I don't drive and the time wasted is not good enough for a $30 product. I have spent thousands on sales. I'm sending them all back and im done with this company. Been with them day dot. they don't care about us just them selves. Still waiting on refund that they made mistake. Not good enough TVSN. You should look after your loyal customers. Not a good start to the new year.

I have been a TVSN customer for many years and spent thousands of dollars. But, nowadays the customer service is poor, the attitude is poor and the delivery charges are extreme. Sadly I have one more payment on a product and will not be shopping with TVSN again. Its the end of an era for me.

Very bad returns policy

My wife purchased a product online 29/11/19.When it arrived I looked and read the packadging and decided it wasnt right for me.Emailed a return request on the 9/12/19 and never got a reply.Rang on 10/12 and again on 16/12 and again no one rang me back.Rang again on 17/12 and got sam who stated that because this was brought online iat a reduced price it did not have a 30 day money back guarantee.This is not stated on their website when you go online to buy products at a reduced rate.Very unhappy.Would not recommend to anyone at all

worst company ever to deal with

Brought a pair of shoes that are faulty after only having them for just over a month, but because I was out of the 30 day return period they refuse to acknowledge there is a fault and are not in the slightest bit wanting to help you. I will never ever shop with this company again as they dont give a crap and have the worse customer service. I just wish I read the previous reviews before I purchased as Ive been totally duped. Buyers be aware.

Change the channel and shop elsewhere

There is NO customer service here. I was told if I was not happy with the content of the show - to change the channel. I wanted some information about a product - the sort of information that you find quite easily online. I could not find it on their website which has to be one of the most horrendous shopping websites to navigate. Also they charge plenty for shipping and the Presenters oversell certain products. Neither entertaining nor value for money.

30day money back scheme is actually costing money for customer. i returned items bought from tvsn and when i return it it costs extra $20 for shipping which is ridiculous. this shopping network should avoid

hello tvsn after reading all this negative stuff i am really worried about my black diamond bracelet i got from you some years ago and i would like to know if it was really worth the price i paid i cant remember how much i paid for it but it was in the thousands i remember that it was untreated but now i see that the paper work said it was treated after all so paul please dont tell me ive been duped kind regards from 2255173

Hi Julia ... Take your bracelet to your reputable Jeweller and have it assessed and valued. I don't think TVSN will help you now that they have your payment. I will be surprised if they do. Best to buy local from Jewellery businesses that have been recommended, ask your friends and family to help you find a reputable professional. xxx

This poor lady left a review. I fear this is their overall attitude to customers once they have their money:

"I had been a customer for many years, but after a refusal to refund me for a broken necklace I closed my account yesterday.

My husband bought me a 9ct gold necklace for our 20th wedding anniversary. I only wore it 5 times before it broke. I emailed customer service and they told me to return it - so I did.

The returns department flat out refused to refund me (or even credit my account) because I had worn it and they are sending it back to me. I would expect it to last longer than 5 wears TVSN. Jeweller can't fix it due to the rope design (I already checked before sending it back). So happy 20th wedding anniversary to me. All I have to show is a broken necklace which is only good for scrap.

This is not the first piece of jewellery that has broken. I have had sterling silver items which I didn't return. I chose to return this one due to the cost and sentimental value.

So good bye TVSN. This decision coupled with the outrageous change to the postage you charge has lost you a customer."
