Hi Ric, don’t bother. I got my tyres after 3 weeks and all the stuffing around that went with it. They still owe me money because they overcharged me $24, and no one has bothered to get back to me about it. The whole process was a problem, and if I didn’t write a google review about it it would have still been ongoing. After the review they suddenly got the order processed. Wouldn’t recommend Tyroola. I was going to order a second set of tyres for my car, but after this experience I won’t bother. Could someone from Tyroola get back to me about my refund!! If your over charging everyone $24, how much are you ripping people off. Has this happened to anyone else?

The fitting is usually extra, but it varies from shop to shop. You will see the total amount once you select your fitment centre. I didn't have any other other hidden costs, and tyre disposal was included.

I am unable to answer as to whether the tyres are first's or seconds.
I can state that when I had to replaced the tyres on the 2017 Jeep, The tyres I bought cost $436.00 (balanced and fitted) and were delivered in a matter of 2 days.
I have done about 10,000km and the tyres are significantly quieter then the previous tyres. And I believe they had a better road feel too.

Hi Sarah, yes brand new, would never by re-treads.

The tyres are new and perfect for my car. I found the whole experience perfect for me and the outcomes were great, with minimal effort on my part. As long as you know your tyre size, the load and speed index for your car it’s easy. These are usually on your current tyre sidewall, or on tyre plates fixed on your car.

The site is basically one big false advertisement, they don't address any of the extra cost's until you try to check out, there's no * or caveat on the site that states this.

Hi Alessio, I had a "great" experience with Tyroola, they were very competitive with the tyre that I was chasing...good price (I shopped around first for the exact brand and specs I needed) and they were fitted at a location very local....regards Graham.

This brand and size of tyre was not the ones fitted to my car, but what I can tell you is that the quoted fitting charge by the service centre covered all costs. Drive in/ Drive out no extras to pay
