If you're buying a musical instrument online, you need to know it's backed up by great customer service. I discovered a problem with my uke the weekend after it arrived - Bernard responded immediately to my email (on Sunday morning) and everything was sorted. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and efficient.

I've bought three Ukes from these guys, all mail order and some other articles. The prompt service followed up with telephone calls (No anonymous texts or emails) is fantastic I could have practically waited at the door for delivery.
The test of a service though is in the returns and warranty repairs. With one of my Ukes these guys went well out of their way to ensure all problems were resolved and repairs were made correctly.

Purchased a concert size ukelele and bag for my daughter 2 years ago. She has been thrilled with her ukelele, but unfortunately the bag zipper broke. Very happy with my purchase, I found ukulelemate to be caring and considerate. Nothing was too much for them to arrange. They followed up with me several days after my uke arrived to check on my order. I am very impressed and will be buying from them again.

After having issues when I first placed the order surrounding the item i requested I now have an item that is express postage and it’s now day 3 and it’s still on its way.

Why?

Because their warehouse is in Swann Hill Victoria. Not eligible for express postage, yet the business wants people to buy express postage.

The business itself is all over the place, I do not think they know exactly what they’re doing and as a result of this practice I am out of pocket with no item.
