Does anyone know why I cant find this excellent cereal anymore?
1 answer
Uncle Toby’s have stopped making it from some unknown reason. Probably not popular enough and hitting sales targets?

Why have they stopped producing OATBRITS?

No thought to the many consumers of Oat Brits I'm afraid. Surely, it's not due to unpopularity of product, judged by the many disappointed lovers of their favourite breakfast food. Companies are brutal when it comes to deleting products without due research into its need in the marketplace. Obviously, Vita Brits and the like are yielding better profits for the company. If enough people protest, perhaps they'll re-introduce Oat Brits.
Let's hope so Margaret.
Thanks.
I hope people power can bring them back. So hard to find healthy cereals. My husband eats it every day. Good for his high cholesterol. Very disappointed!!

I live in a regional town in WA. I note that Oat Brits has been withdrawn by Coles and Woolworths and it is also absent from the shelves in IGA. Is there ant other way I can purchase Oat Brits?
Cheers

No Uncle Toby has withdrawn this product it is no longer available I am very unhappy about their decision
Thanks for the information. I loved this really healthy cereal and I'm very disappointed it's not being made. So we are left with more of the sugar loaded rubbish which I refuse to buy

I too have been having Oat Brits for breakfast for over 20 years and do so to keep my colesterol in check. I see that the alternative products Oat Crisps and Oat Flakes have less Oats and more sugar. A very poor health choice to drop this line by Uncle Tobys.

I, too, enjoy having Oat Brits for breakfast.
Also, I am wondering if they are still being produced.
I have not seen any in supermarkets since February 2020 and it is now May 2020. Other Uncle Toby's products have been available though.

I cant find Uncle Tobys Oatbrits. I eat these regular for breakfast to help keep my cholesterol under control. Haven't seen any since panic buying startec
1 answer
It's unrelated to panic buying Julie. I rang Uncle Tobys and sadly Oat Brits have been deleted. I drove around some IGA stores near me and found 3 boxes. Might be the last ones! I started eating for the same reason as you - to lower cholesterol, and they worked. I suggest you try and find any remaining boxes wherever you can. Try IGA's. Good luck.

Being a resident in Sydney I buy the oat Brits from our local Coles supermarket, hope this helps, Colin.
I’ve bought Oat Brits from Woolworths, but some of the smaller Woolworths stores don’t stock it. I’ve also bought them from IGA stores. I’m in Queensland. You may have to shop around a bit. Hope this helps.
Yes - I did see them in Coles but they seem to have run out. Has Uncle Tobys stopped production?

who are the stockists for Oat Brits? Have tried Coles & woolworths and they do not appear to have stock.
1 answer
They can be hard to find. My local Woolworths used to stock them, but no longer do. I get them from Coles now, but you may have to search for them as I'm not sure if every store has them. Good luck.
