Health hazard Piece of junk broken leg support just over 1 year old, wheels wobble, 3 year warranty useless.
They are aware of broken leg supports apparently they see this often, they won't cover it under warranty, and keep telling me its my fault, the engineering is rubbish leg support holds on by inadequate plastic about 2cm on each side and if the kid stands up the support breaks and could injure Your kid, the wheels wobble and it is heavy and awkard to lif in and out of the car, barely fits in the boot of a hyundai santa fe medium suv, i would stay away from this expensive junk.
Purchased in January 2021 for $1,500.00.

Awful quality and clear manufacturing defects that the company won't acknowledge
Uppababy Vista 2015 double pram
My wife was using the pram today, she dismounted the pavement and the front wheel completed sheared off.
I contacted the Australian distributor for Uppababy (coolkidz) and the person I dealt with (David Kingsford) completely dismissed it could be a manufacturing issue and insisted that "it must of been run over by a car or something" (their exact words). He then said I'd have to pay $349 for a replacement frame and $25 further for delivery. Needless to say, however funny it may have seemed to David, the pram an...Read more

Amazing pram
I have recently had baby no 3 and I must say the UPPAbaby Vista is amazing. Light weight, compact, lots of storage underneath in the basket and so easy to move around. Seems cozy for the baby as lots of padding. My little girl loves cruising around in it
Purchased in June 2021 at Baby Kingdom Physical store for $750.00.

Pretty good but small bassinet and flimsy sunshade
I had done a lot of research and was excited to buy this pram for my first baby. Very good quality and sturdy with big basket (great for groceries). However the bassinet is quite short and my baby outgrew in by 2 months... and you can’t use toddler seat until 3 months so I have to buy the snug seat insert so she can use the pram for the next month. if you think you might have a tall baby, and will be using bassinet, i suggest you look at alternative brand (bugaboo and Joolz have very long bassinets). Also, the canopy is nice but the silver exte...Read more
nsion part is quite flimsy and it has mesh on the sides so baby still exposed to glare even when it’s fully down...so I need to cover with muslin if she wants a snooze. It’s relatively easy to fold and unfold, but a bit tricky to carry in folded state. Good quality wheels give a pretty smooth ride.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Just ok, expensive for its performance
We purchased uppababy 2018 . Compare to its price it is just ok.
First not very friendly to use.
Not light compare to competitors.
Straps adjustment is really hard . It think the previous version was easier.
Honestly you do not see anything particular to spend so much money on it. My brother bought different brand with less money and much easier to use.
The price should be

Many faults including pram frame and basket met with terrible customer service
I had always been extremely supportive of the Uppababy brand and I recommended this pram to many of my friends who have gone on to have children. However, I regret making these recommendations as almost all have had issues with their frame and have had to have it replaced.
I have had issues with the brake and with the wheels sticking and had to have a replacement frame sent to me. I have also had an issue with the basket forming a whole and had to have this replaced as well. However, as this was all covered under warranty, I remained optimis...Read more
tic. However, after only using my new basket for a couple of months, I now have holes and tears in it after taking it off to wipe it clean and trying to reinstall it. Initially, the velcro stuck to one side and created tears/holes when I tried to remove it from the mesh, and then even though I was trying to be careful, it stuck again when trying to attach the other side of the basket to the pram frame. I always take such good care of my pram and am devastated to have another damaged basket. I cannot understand why such a fragile fabric (mesh) would be used on a pram basket which gets a lot of use, and that it would be placed so close to velcro. I'm an exhausted mother and my coordination isn't what it used to be, so I'm surprised that this is the design they have used for this basket. I was told that this damage would not be covered under warranty, which I'm also surprised at as it seems like a design flaw (I know other mums with tears in their basket as well). To date, I have spent so much money on this pram (over $2000 on the bassinet, rumble seat, adaptors etc.) and I cannot justify spending any more on it - particularly as there is no guarantee that if I purchase another basket, the velcro will not simply stick again to the mesh as I'm trying to install it. I informed Uppababy about the damage and Kirri at their customer support centre notified me it would not be covered under warranty and she offered me a reduced price on a demo basket, but after communicating the above concerns with her, I have had no further response and I guess they are not concerned about the impression they have left on me. After this experience, unfortunately I will no longer be able to recommend this pram. We have at least five years to still get from it and my warranty is about to expire. I don't know how it will be possible to get longevity from this pram with a basket that has fabric that is so fragile and I continue to cross my fingers that this new frame will not develop issues.Similar opinion? We love it!
I did a loooot of research for a pram and the Vista ticked the most boxes.
What I love:
• you can add an extra seat plus a footstep, letting you push three kids around.
• the massive basket which can hold 13kg
• easy to push
• in-built UV protector
• looks good
• mesh pocket for ventilation/check-up
• if you buy the travel bag, pram insurance comes with it

Amazing double stroller
This is my second Uppababy stroller and I love it as much as my first one (Alta). I bought this to use as a double stroller (newborn and toddler). It is light, folds nicely and is easy to manoeuvre. When using it as a double, the large basket is still fully accessible and it makes day outings and supermarket shops possible. Very happy with the stroller, thank you!

Best Pram On The Market
where do I start... I'm going for for points because there are just so many grrat features to this pram!
1. the size of the basket. if you feel you need to make everything with you except the kitchen sink then this pram has the space for you. it also is great if you are shopping.. no need to lug those bags and push one handed.. however this leads to point 2....
2. excellent maouverabilty. pushes great one handed and steers so well. the larger tyres mean it travels well on rough surfaces like grass.
3. the fabric is so durable.
4. easy to p...Read more

Love it! So glad I have it!
We have had our UPPAbaby Vista since 2015 and we’re still getting great use out of with our son now being 27 months old. It can grow with you with so many movable parts and the ability to add another seat and skateboard if need be. Basket is massive! Handles so easily even with the basket and seats full with shopping and kids!

Must have pram.
This pram is fantastic! I have had this pram for two years now and I still get compliments. The pram basket is one of the many great features, the recline on the seat is fabulous & the extended hood for extra shade, the fold away system is awesome. I highly recommend this pram to everyone.

Excellent pram!
Love my Uppababy Vista! The basket is so big, I can fit my grocery shopping in it easily. So much easier to maneuver than it looks. So smooth. Easy to fold and unfold. Great quality! A bit heavier but you expect that with a double pram. Still easy to get in and out of the car. Very happy and would recommend this pram!

Lightweight, loads of storage
We found the uppababy after weeeeeks of searching!!
It's lightweight, easy to put up and down and lay the seat up and down. Loads of storage underneath which was high on our priority list.
I love that this pram can really grow with your baby. My only niggle is that we didn't have the snug seat with ours so we could only use it with the car seat for a couple of months.

Perfect pram!
Amazing pram.
We got the Maxi Cosi car capsule adaptors and the bassinet as well.
We have used it every single day for 13 months and it is still perfect. So easy to push and maneuver. Light and easy to collapse. Very easy to clean.
We used the bassinet when travelling so save taking the portacot until it was outgrown.
We have taken it on lots of different types of terrain and bub still traveled in comfort.
We have a lot of people compliment its smoothness when pushing it.
Seriously couldn't fault this pram.

Such an awesome pram!
I love my Uppababy Vista, just ask any of my friends! Since purchasing it myself, I have convinced 3 other friends to purchase a Vista as well. I have an 8 month old and we are always out using it. We used the bassinet for over night sleeps at the grandparents (apparently it is the only bassinet on the market in Australia that meets the safety standard) until my son grew out of it at around 6 months of age. We also purchased a secondhand Alta for the grandparent's house so that when our son was younger we could attach our basinet to their frame...Read more
. The basket is HUGE and holds heaps of shopping. I love that when we will eventually add the second seat I won't lose the storage, unlike some other brands on the market. The manoeuvrability is fantastic, I often take my crazy Labrador out for walks with us and can control the pram with one hand and walk the dog with the other. Both my husband and I are quite tall, and I really like how we were able to purchase the additional upper adaptors to raise the height of the bassinet and seat so that we don't have to bend too much to take our son in and out or bend to tend to him. Overall I cannot fault the Uppababy Vista. It is such a versatile and practical pram and I am very happy with my purchase.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

The best pram for 3 children
I have 3 children, ages 3, 2 and 14 weeks. The uppa baby vista has definitely helped me take the stress out of shopping with my kids! The convenience of having all 3 on the pram and getting my shopping done in half the time as to what it would take if i had to wait for my 3 yr old to catch up behind is the best thing ever. The other best thing about the uppa baby vista is of course the basket! It is the first thing that would catch your eye as soon as you see this pram, the amount of shopping it can hold and 3 kids at one time can only be labelled as the no.1 pram. I highly recommend it to all parents.

Ticks all the boxes
* Excellent storage capacity in the underneath basket (trust me this is very important!) Plus the basket is very easy to access when the bassinet is on.
* So easy fold up/unfold and store.
* Lightweight enough to carry but very sturdy when in use
* Great suspension and traction in the wheels offers a very smooth ride for your baby
We love this pram and always recommend it people when we are in baby shops!

The BEST pram on the market!
I am so happy that I purchased the Uppababy Vista. It is easy to maneuver, folds up and folds down easily and the best part is the HUGE basket! The build quality is great, it’s lightweight and super sturdy. I looked at all sorts of prams and the Uppababy met all my expectations. I won’t be looking back any time soon! I highly recommend this product.

Perfection in a pram
I had to upgrade to a double pram from my Bugaboo which I didn’t want to do but when I purchased the Uppababy for a fantastic price I might add I was instantly in love with it ! It’s one of the easiest double prams to maneuver around even the narrow isles of shops and restaurants!
The underbasket is to die for and it folds down so easily and quickly !! I loved the fact that you get the rain cover and mosquitoe nets included aswell
Best pram I have ever bought and totally worth every cent and will be sticking to this brand for every pram we purchase

Perfect pram for newborn through to toddler
We bought the Uppababy Vista for our first baby after a few friends got the same pram. We love that it is so user friendly - you can switch the seat from rear to forward facing in a flash, the seat reclines to be almost flat for sleep, it comes with a bassinet for newborns and has a HUGE storage basket (you can do a decent supermarket shop with it). People actually stop me in the street asking the brand of the pram because the storage basket is the biggest they have seen. We also love that you can easily purchase the second seat when we have ou...Read more
r second child. The only draw back is that the pram wheels are quite wide which can make going through narrow doors or small shops difficult, however I understand the most recent model has narrower wheels than the one I have. We have a small car (Honda Jazz) and I can fit the pram in the boot by taking off one rear wheel. While this sounds annoying, the wheel comes off so quickly and easily (simply pushing in a button and off it pops) that it's not a problem at all. I would happily recommend this pram to anyone.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Questions & Answers
Mariaasked
Just wondering if I have to use the infant snug seat for bub? She has outgrown the bassinet well before the 6 month mark so we are transitioning her to the rumble seat.

Hey Maria, I can't answer this with facts as our little one is very little (9 weeks premature) for her age. We used a cushioned insert, which was great in combination with the full functionality that the seat tilts all the way back to a full supine position and the foot plate can come right up also to secure her in, she looked super snug and i wasn't concerned at all with using the snug seat. I hope this helps, if she is able to hold her own head I really think your baby will be more than ok.
She's 10 weeks now. She has good head control but she is still quite wobbly. I messaged UB on FB and they said practically the same thing. They recommend the snug seat if she is unable to control her head.
