Urbanedge market themselves "An Edge above the rest" & "With you every step of the way" which makes me sick to the stomach knowing there are clients currently considering signing up with them. They can not live up to these promises.

I have built before and are therefore under no illusion- Every build comes with its own challenges and something will always go wrong, that being said, currently I'm hoping that 1 thing might go right with this build!!!

Building the Andu 4-38 with minimal plan changes with Urbanedge in Melbourne's West. Contract signed July 2018, slab finally poured 8/11/18. Frame and all timber delivered to site 15/11/18 with windows, stacker doors delivered mid December 2018 where all building material sat uncovered and unprotected from extreme weather until frame started 8/01/19, build still not finished. We knocked down and rebuild our new home with Urbanedge. Overall, the experience was smooth and no surprises. We were very happy with Architecture inputs provided during the design phase, all the way to final completion. Apart from minor defects identified at the completion stages of the project which was promptly fixed, no major defects were identified at any stage of build.
