This business has undergone a recent change in ownership (I think the original owner moved back to Australia) and the new owner, Justin, was very helpful with my orders. I ordered numerous items from different suppliers - one of which was an assisted purchase, done by US to OZ - and everything was professionally and efficiently handled, processed and shipped.

The level of communication was very good and also very prompt; and, Justin, if you are reading this, sorry for all my annoying emails!

I would not hesitate to use US to OZ again. In fact, I already plan to.

Seems the business is no longer in operation, send few emails and havent had any response after a week, it also means that the owner is not committed to the business, will be very mindful before paying.

I've had a dozen orders shipped with the new owner and all went smoothly. Communication was good and packages arrived in good order and on time . I will use this service again

Original owners were great. New is not. Bought multiple items to be consolitated. Was told items hadn't arrived. Sent tracking details and the items were found. Received parcel items missing, completely dismissive response.

I have used US to Oz in the past before the business was sold and have not had any problems, but when the new owner took over and I asked for a shipping quote, I was quoted a ridiculously high amount (which I compared to other forwarding websites and it was half the price) and when I questioned them on it they ignored my emails, and my stuff is still sitting there...very unprofessional! And who knows what's happened with my stuff...

They are everything you want when it comes to something like putting an unfamiliar address on your order but they've been wonderful. As well as recieving the automated order/receipt email they reach out and let you know they've got it.

For me I put through a second order soon after the first as many shoppers would when ordering from previously inaccessible American brands. They canceled my second order and let me know that they would send it all together as well as telling me I could add something else if I wanted to. Really cannot recommend more highly considering how daunting it seemed in the beginning and how glad i am that they exist.

The email responses are extremely helpful and answer any questions I ask very fast and the customer service is the best I have ever seen being friendly and prompt. My parcel arrived safely and I was delighted to finally have a product from a shop which normally could not be shipped outside of the US.

I recently used US to OZ to receive a parcel from the US where it couldn't be directly posted to me. The service I received from Sarah at US to OZ was exceptional. She exceeded any expectation I could have had, and her communication is awesome. There were issues with Sarah receiving the shipment and the shipment being lost between the shipper and her house, and Sarah went out of her way to resolve these issues for me where it really wasn't her responsibility. I really felt like she was a friend in the whole process and cannot recommend US to OZ again for the personalised service, quick service and cost effective service she provides. I wouldn't hesitate to use US to OZ again.

I can't recommend Us to Oz highly enough. Customer service was terrific and the product arrived within 5 business days. I would definitely choose them again. Many thanks.

Placed an order on June 27. Didn't hear anything from UStoOZ for 5 days, so sent a follow up email on July 2. Received a response from the owner and replied back. No further response (or action) from UStoOZ as of July 25.

Not often such good service leads me to write a review like this, but US to Oz are just amazing. I've used them twice now and they are phenomenal. Reply to emails within an hour, send stuff perfectly - such a great service.
