Really good efficient unit
Easy to use, easy to empty, more powerful and effective than I thought it would be so I consider it to be definitely worth the money. Good little tool kit that goes with it for allowing all the usual vacuuming activities. Very easy to recommend this unit to anyone looking for a stick vacuum cleaner.

I live in a tiny apartment so the vac is great for the size I have to vacuum.

Great vacuum, just love it.
I have been trying to find a vacuum that will successfully pick up dog hair from my wooden floors for ages when I saw the Vax pet cordless for only $199.00 I bought it and I am so glad I did. My floors are finally free of dog hair. it is a great little vacuum and it is cordless. I obviously need to empty it frequently but that is fine it does a great job.

I have a Vax V51 model slim upright and I have lost the charger cable/plug. I have found one on Ebay but it is $40 with postage. Does anyone know of an alternative for charging this model and is this the usual price for a replacement charger? Thanks.

Has any one had a problem with the little rubber thing inside the where the wand attaches to the cylinder closing over while you are vacuuming therefore nothing gets picked up.
All the stuff just sits in the wand part as it cant get through to the cylinder.
