Very quick boot time, super fast on the net and launching applications
I was looking for a laptop that would boot windows fast, I took this because it boots into windows in 3 seconds. it makes turning on a computer pleasurable. I guess you can only get what you pay for, cheaper laptops just provide a poor experience and you really need to step up to something as good as this to have such a quick machine. Feels great also.

Yes, I purchased a Venom Blackbook 15 a few months ago and it is still in the workshop under warranty for the last month. The issue according to their warranty department is a faulty power board. When using the Venom online helpdesk feature, staff would not reply at times and I had to call my supplier to contact their manager to call me. They called the next day saying they need more time as they want to find the real issue for the power board failing. I would think after 1 month they would know by now. I really think they are waiting for the replacement part from overseas.
