Hi Sue, you can not use bluetooth noise cancelling headphones as this TV model doesn't have bluetooth function.

All of a sudden the screen just went black and lost everything I have turn it off know for two weeks and when I connect it to power the blue vaino screen comes up but not real clear or for real long and theñ just goes black again please any help would be much appreciated

The issue you describe is not something that can be solved through email.
The Tv would need to be assessed as to the cause of this fault.

I have a new 49" Viano television and when I pkug it into my laptop with the hdmi cable the picture on the televises is smaller than the screen. I can alter the picture to fill the screen using the source button however the picture becomes quite distorted, is there a way to have the picture fill the screen without the distortion?

Read moreptor, check plug pins as may need $2 pin adaptor for Aussie sockets. HDMI cable gives you picture and now you have true 5.1 surround sound from your TV through sound system speakers. Don't forget cables needed, optical comes with but will need coax cable whilst on the website. Will work, cheers Paul E.

Sorry, I cant understand why your TV would be doing that, if its a new unit, it might be worth dealing with it under warranty, it shouldn't be playing up like that :(

Can you hang a Viano 49 "FHD on the wall, only appears to have two screw holes at the bottom of TV about 6" apart? Had an installation guy here today, who said he's never seen a TV like it. Rang around a few places and couldn't get any help.

Read moretween the top two holes, and 40cm between the top two and the bottom two. Check for small "bumps" on the back of the TV which might be bolt holes that have plugs inserted. Thus, they may not look like bolt holes to attach the TV to a Wall hanging frame. Other than that, I am out of suggestions other than asking to supplier to accept the return of this TV and replace it with a TV that can be bolted to the wall - as most, it not all TVs, can be mounted. No worries. Simply plug in the 3-colour-coded wires at the bottom of the back panel of your TV (not on the side)
Source does mean settings click source & choose from HDM1, 2 or 3 but you also have internet connection
