I have rheumatoid arthritis and have been given the go-ahead by my specialist consultant to use this machine. Do you to my house I am unable to do squats or any other types of exercises on this machine. Who knows this may improve back but I need to know is just standing on the machine does that actually do anything? I’ve read pieces on the Internet it’s a standing there is absolutely nothing For you. However this type of machine is often sold by saying you’ve got a full workout I just standing on the machine? Can somebody please confirm as I have the chance to return my item within a certain period I do not want to keep it it’s just standing on it would do me no good whatsoever thanks and kind regards

Hi Anita, the VibroSlim Ultra is very good for your circulation and massaging your muscles, you don't have to jump up and down and squat if don't wish too.. Of course its like any exercise machine you can use it for low impact exercise or you can choose to do higher intensity it is up to you, obviously different exercises get different results. There are resistant bands which would be great for you whilst standing on your platform. These strengthen the upper body, it comes with a guide for different exercises using the resistance bands. Hi thank you for your reply unfortunately it’s taken so long to reply to me that I return the item your information was useful but three weeks late! I have used it regularly every other day for a month and felt very little improvement nobody seems to verify whether just standing on the machine does any good and I felt very little improvement I’m really sad about this because I’m desperate to make an improvement in my health impact exercises so painful! Hi Michelle. I have also received a reply from Sarah Allen from Vitality 4, so I have forwarded this to her. I am delighted that I have at last been able to get a replacement remote. The model is a 'ultra' purchased from you in 2014/2015. The serial number is 28040520160367 CTICK N11324. I live in Thailand so would need shipping there.

Linear vibrations and all I know is speed setting 1-20 with 20 the highest - Vibraslim can answer the frequency question

I have less swelling and not taking any tablets. For lymphatic alone I think mine is wonderful. Im waiting for the ok from physio to really get stuck into using my vibroslim as I have nerve and spinal damage but I am VERY excited by what Ive seen. My sister in law and my brother's health issues have disappeared using this platform. Thats why I bought it.

I have had my VibroSlim Ultra for slightly less than a year and it was working perfect until last week. But yesterday, it just wouldn't turn on. The display panel is blank, but I can see the on/off switch is illuminated. It maybe a problematic fuse and I can try replacing it as done by Jo Johnson above. If it still does not work, whom should I contact? I have already sent an email to [email protected] early morning but got no reply.

Hi Jo, You will just need a flat head screwdriver and use this to lift the fuse cover which is located next to the power switch - so flip this open and the fuse will then pop out. The fuse for the Vibroslim is a 5 amp fuse and can be purchased from a local electrical supplier.
