Hi Anita, the VibroSlim Ultra is very good for your circulation and massaging your muscles, you don't have to jump up and down and squat if don't wish too.. Of course its like any exercise machine you can use it for low impact exercise or you can choose to do higher intensity it is up to you, obviously different exercises get different results. There are resistant bands which would be great for you whilst standing on your platform. These strengthen the upper body, it comes with a guide for different exercises using the resistance bands. Hi Jo, You will just need a flat head screwdriver and use this to lift the fuse cover which is located next to the power switch - so flip this open and the fuse will then pop out. The fuse for the Vibroslim is a 5 amp fuse and can be purchased from a local electrical supplier.
