collins st branch... TERRIBLE...got burnt marks on my hips which still have not faded after years, and terribly rude receptionists that are just way too arrogant to be sitting there handling calls and appointments.. the rest of the staff have no clue what they do in and out of the treatment room! one word. CRAP! do not go and do not support such an unprofessional business that is treating people like crap and ripping them off!
