Why does the mop head not click attach even before we have used it. We press into the red triangular receptor and no click happens and the mop head just falls out. I am an engineer and looking at the arrangement for attachment it looks pretty pathetic and puzzling to see how it could possibly work effectively. Bought this from Robert Dyas and waiting for their call back

I bought the wring and spin bucket and mop and my handle has broken . Can’t seem to buy a replacement handle anywhere only the mop head which is no use without a handle . Any clues greatly appreciated .too expensive to buy the whole kit again

My husband managed to pull off the handle and replace it with a wooden one. It still manages to spin but you hold the handle loosely as it’s spinning.

I received my Viledaa spin mop yesterday but despite watching various videos re usage, am unable to get the mop to wring out to almost dry like videos show. Floors are quite wet and taking a while to dry. help?

It is probably the micro fibre mop. The original came with a cotton mop which was absolutely brilliant. When It became very dirty I bought a new mop head but it was the micro fibre stuff. It won't wipe across a floor, jumps itself over and does not hold water like cotton does.
Take it back and tell the store it doesn't work like the adds and try and get a refund.

When I step on the pedal the wringer don’t spin but pedal move up and down. Why is it? The shaft from which connect to gear Don’t spin at all. Only the gear spin freely. how to fix it.

The gear at the base of the spinner is plastic and after a while it splits. Then it does not grip the spinner shaft.
Only answer is to replace the 13T gear with a stronger one but I cannot find one for sale :((

I use on slate, wood and tile..it’s great, of coarse you need the correct cleaning product for different type of flooring materials
