No vitamins, no contact phone number at all on website or on any emails received and no response to emails.

Placed an order. Have had no response telling me when it would be dispatched. Tried emailing....failed. No phone number listed for this "company". It's a scam. Have requested a dispute on the transaction with my bank. Wish me luck. AVOID.

A close friend recommended me to shop here to get my synergie minerals products which are fantastic and all natural. I have tried a lot of other cosmetics and nothing comes close to synergie minerals. My skin now glows and looks and feels so much more healthy I wont use anything else. This is the first product I have found that fixes dryness and red spots that other makeup causes. thanks to Vitamin Café for the quick delivery!

My partner and I are both retired and have a history of neck problems, having recently replaced our bed we decided to purchase some new pillows from this store for some relief. We asked the store by email for some recommendations are they have several types available and they suggested we try the naturelle latex pillows which have been a blessing. We find the latex to be really supportive and very comfortable from day one, since the purchase we feel we are sleeping better and have less pain so now we need less trips to the chiropractor. Very happy customers and can advise anybody looking for a new pillow to try the latex and shop here.

I shop at vitamin cafe regularly as part of my fitness goals. Always get my stuff within a few days of ordering here in sydney...I buy some aussie bodies protein and body science gear nearly every month. Have also asked them to special order some optimum protein which they did for me on a separate occasion. Can recommend anyone into getting fit to shop here. If you don't know what you need ask them cheers

I always order over $99 when I can to get the free postage deal which I love! My experience has been 100% positive I highly recommend this store for anyone who needs health products or hard to get items. 5 stars!!

I have been buying natural skincare products and some occasional vitamins here since 2009, my products arrive in good time and are packaged really well. I find prices to be very good and the whole experience is easy! I just wish they had Dermalogica brand. Hint Hint.. Thanks!

I am very happy to write this review...I order several bioceuticals products every month from Vitamin Cafe, products always arrive promptly to us on the Gold Coast. I find the prices great and they have free express postage if you order over $99 in products. Very happy with the free advice if you need it and they accept paypal which is secure!

Our family have been ordering our vitamin products from this online store regularly since 2007, over that time we have placed more than 56 orders and all have arrived within the week. On 2 occasions they have been out of stock on an item we needed but they have forwarded it to us separately as soon as it was available. I wholeheartedly recommend them and their free naturopathic advice is excellent. We are in Sydney area.

Hi all, this is a great online spot to buy Synergie Minerals products, prices are cheaper than retail and delivery to my work in Brisbane by express post was speedy! I haven't tried any vitamins as yet but a great knowledgeable shop for Synergie Minerals skin care!

i have used the products from vitamin cafe for the last seven years.I have asked advice of their Naturopath- [name removed] who gave me good advice and recommend appropriate products at a good price which were sent by express post and received within the week.

Asked for some help via an email from here after some recent health issues and a naturopath responded and was able to recommend some bioceuticals products for me..I would have to say Ive improved since then and thought this experience might help someone else cheers

I too have lost over $119 obviously the same problem. I thought that some fellow named Malcolm who answered a query I had was a decent person, but I have had no help in finding out what happened to my order. There are some horrible types in this world - pity we can't eradicate those types somehow legally.
Pity I didn't read the previous reviews before I purchased my goods.

Bearandbug is definitely a stooge. If you purchase from this supplier you will not receive your vitamins. I wish I'd checked the reviews before I made a purchase from Vitamin Café. This is not a legitimate web site and they will take you money. Do not make a purchase through this suppler.

No contact, no vitamins

Have placed an order a week ago. over the week have attempted to email twice, used their contact page and called the mobile number which connects to a voicemail. no reply at all. am thinking they dont actually stock this product and have had to order it. communication would be useful. am still waiting - may have just lost $100.....

No communication - completely uncontactable

Ordered a month ago two products. Still not received and no explanation given.No reply after two emails sent. No contact phone number so cant ring. Want to cancel my order and get a refund but cant contact.

I have all good things to say about Vitamin Cafe, I ordered 6 products and received them in a week, received email to confirm my order and got another to say they are on thier way. Great dealings with this store. And great prices in their site.
