Unmatched range and unbeatable prices. I usually shop at the Richmond store. I once had an issue which I messaged through to their Facebook page and it was sorted by the end of that day. I've never used their online services but I suggest if you have had a problem with them then do the same. But otherwise a terrific family oriented company that does a lot of work in our local community. Will never shop anywhere else.
Friendly, local, great knowlede, great range, great prices.

Managed to stuff up several orders, then the woman was rude on the phone, twice. Very poor customer service. The website is well set out and user friendly, its the next process that needs improving. I would not recomend them to anyone, far more better choices in online supplements shopping.

I wasn't sure the product I needed was the same as on their website, as the description was very unclear. I contacted their customer service, if service is really the right word and to my astonishment, they were not only completely unhelpful, but when I tried to explain why it was important for me to know what I was really ordering from them, they were just plain rude!

Purchased from Vitamin King a few months ago and it was an okay experience. The website is a bit hard to use but the prices were okay. Shipping times were not too bad. Took about a week to get my stuff. Overall it was a positive experience and I would shop again

Walked in the Merrylands store and after a chat about vitamins i was purchasing from that store I went to thank the worker with a hand shake as gentlemen do. He kept his hand folded and refused to shake hands because " he can't bro".
Prices are cheap as the survive.

The store promotes terrible values when a hand shake isn't allowed. I run a professional business where hand shakes are the norm.

I order 2 protein products. Online, 11 days later they have my money but I haven't got my order! Told to wait until 9th day if didn't arrive by then Vitamin king would send my order out again that day! Well, no order was sent out an aust post investigation is in process and could take up to 10 days. Not happy i won't be buying from them again and will tell all my friends to steer clear!

I was looking for somewhere I can get a good range of bodybuilding products when I came across Vitamin King. (www.vitaminking.com.au)
The range of different products was amazing. And the best thing was that I could get not just my bodybuilding stuff from them, but I was able to get my vitamins from them aswell.
