Total waste of money, Woolies will not refund or exchange

The package states that it is compatible with Nespresso machines and it is not. Most of the water that should have gone into the cup ended up in the drip tray so I was having to empty it after every second cup and add more boiled water to the cup. Eventually after a few weeks it stopped working altogether. The capsules just wouldn't pierce. I went back to using the Coles brand capsules which work perfectly. The tops of Coles are slightly rounded whereas the Vittoria ones are quite flat. I think this is the difference. Coles pods taste perfect and work every time.
I emailed Vittoria requesting a refund for the remainder of the 6 boxes I bought on special at Woollies because I didn't keep my docket. I have yet to hear from them.

Purchased Italian blend and mountain grown and neither fit my machine. Vittoria advise I may need additional pressure. Still too hard to use! They suggest returning the product to the store where I brought it for a refund.

I purchased this product based on its packaging which assured me that the pods were compatible with my Nespresso brand unit. Upon opening the packaging I found the pod to be made of plastic and of a shape not suitable for my coffee machine. (A friend had his machine ruined from using a plastic pod.) Consumer watch dog should take a look at this product and have it removed from the shelf until it is correctly labelled.

As per reviews before mine, these pods are not compatible with Nespresso machines. I returned them back to Coles and got my money back.

I thought it was my machine but these pods produce very weak coffee. I cleaned and bought a new machine and finally switched brands. I love to support Aussie products but this one is very disappointing Also the packaging is very wasteful. I switched brands and now everything fine.

These are completely false advertising. Do not fit and do not work on my machine. Someone should be held accountable and all pods replaced and all monies refunded by the manufacturer. Hard to believe this product made it past the compatibility test.

I have never seen so much packaging on a tiny product. They don't fit the machine, and they create volumes of waste. it is not possible to recommend this prodct

I bought the 10 coffee capsules which says it's compatible with Nespresso coffee machines. Sad to say it is NOT compatible. The shape of the pod is different to an actual Nespresso coffee machine pod.

These are definitely not compatible! Not even the same size or design as Nespresso compatible pods. Bought 5 boxes and can’t use one! What a rip! Completely false advertising and I’m quite surprised they can still sell them after all this feedback. Should have read the reviews first.

Someone at the design stage screwed up. They not only don't fit, they can damage the coffee machine. Epic fail. I simply threw them out. I have yet to encounter this with any other brand.

This is false advertising. I bought the organic version of these coffee pods and I could hardly fit them into my new Creatista coffee machine. Coffee tastes below average and the pods are not recyclable. I will keep buying Nespresso and use their recycling program. After much research, Nespresso uses Swiss Water filter process for their coffee and trade fare but they don't claim it organic. I am actually questioning ORGANIC claim from others too. Overall waste of money for the Vitorria coffee pods and I am glad I did not buy them more!

The Vito is coffee capsules do not fit my Nespresso coffee machine as stated on the packet. I could not get my money back from Coles. Disappointed as I like Vittocia coffee. I hope they will take responsibility for the false advertising.

The worst waste of money the pods are made of cheap plastic that burst 8/10 times you try and make a coffee save your money !!

I was looking for Nespresso compatible pods. I bought these at Woolies as they were on special. Will never buy again. Very watery no flavour. Couldn't finish it.

Purchased at Woolworths. I buy many Nespresso compatible pod brands. This is by far the worst. Advertised as perfect as a short black and have a smooth finish with rich crema. Had 3 pods to confirm not a one-off issue. Found the coffee to be very week, watery and disappointing. I drink a lot of coffee and this was truly disappointing.

Tried this at Woolworth.. Coffee tastes like water..Rubbish product. What a waste of money. Please don't waste your money on this.

We received 72 Espresso capsules when we purchased the Espressotoria Machine for my sister. I love that she can purchase more capsules as she needs them at a good price. You can usually find them on special at the supermarket.
