Does burn out

Had gone through two of these dryers in less than 12 months. The first one burnt out and let off a bad smell and smoke. I had it replaced only for the same thing to happen less than 12 months after. Not happy with the price I paid for the product and danger it may have caused.
Purchased at Harvey Norman.
