Perfect swing and great customer service
So I wished for a Vuly 360 Pro Max Large with swing set and yoga swing for Christmas of 2022, and Santa (hubby) granted my wish!
While we were assembling the unit, we found out that there were a couple of nuts and bolts missing for the swing set assembly. Hubby solved the immediate problem of not being able to enjoy the swing set by buying a couple of identical size nuts and bolts from our local Bunnings store as replacements.

hat they did next is nothing short of amazing. They posted to us a boxful of swag, with a handwritten apology for the missing parts. We thought it was a very good gesture. We looked and thought the missing parts were tucked inside the box but nope. I wrote to Vuly again to let them know we appreciate the gift box and that the parts we were expecting were still not sent. After a couple of weeks, imagine our surprise when a delivery man came knocking on our door with an entire package of brand spanking new swing set! Part 1 - Getting delivery of our Monkey Bars
We ordered and paid online for the Vuly Quest Monkey bars on the 4th November 2022. We received an email from Vuly customer service the next day to say a part was out of stock, but it would be back in stock on the 7th November and then the monkey bars would be dispatched.
That's where things went wrong, we were hoping that we could get the monkey bars in time for our daughter's birthday on the 23 Mayember. I contacted Vuly on the 14 Mayember to ask when things would be dispatched, they came back and said the 22 Mayember.
From there on we would periodically check in with Vuly and ask when would we receive our Monkey bars?

Called by Vuly and asked to remove one star review :/
Left a worthy one star review after Christmas due to the non existent after sales service and the saga to have our faulty, unusable, damaged $1000 swing set refunded. You can read my other review below.
Today 02/03/20 I was contacted by Vuly asking “what it would take to get me to remove my 1 star review, what if we offered you a heavily discounted product”. And “We refunded you” (so therefore the month of crap to get that refund voids our poor experience with you?)

Had the issue been resolved after we had first contacted then maybe I would consider removing but given the month long saga of actually getting any staff member to follow through on a promise to get back to us and resolve the issue, no, the one star review remains. Drastic improvement of your after sales service is how you could avoid these reviews, as suggested to your CEO when he contacted me previously. If it’s not how you want your company to be viewed, improve the service at your company. I can not fault the politeness of all staff we spoke to, but no one ever gets back to you, it’s always got to be forwarded to someone else who also never gets back to you and so on and so on.1 comment

Shade cover terrible quality and entrance band disintegrating
Within it's first summer the shade cover on our Vuly trampoline started to disintegrate and ripped, so we had to remove and bin. The second summer the stretchy band around the entrance to the trampoline has also started to disintegrate in the sun. The polyester fibres cover your clothes as you enter and go up in the air around you as you jump. Not healthy for little kids to be breathing in. Yes we live in Perth and the sun is hot, but we picked this brand as it's made for Aussie conditions. So disappointed.

Trampolinr is great.
Purchased for 3 year old. The trampoline is great, easy for her to get in and out of and even though it is the newer smaller model it doesn't feel small.

Great product. Safe. Easy to assemble. Most importantly it is fun!!! the children really do enjoy it and it is great physical activity without requiring a lot of space which is perfect for those of us with small backyards and small children. The shade cover means it is usable all day.

Vuly 360 Pro Swing Set
I initially had trouble trying to obtain a quote via email for a swing set. But after calling Vuly directly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I purchased the Vuly 360 Pro Swing Set over the phone. It was shipped within a few days, and although I had issues with the courier (Toll) due to unforseen circumstances, Vuly's assistance and after sale service was great.
Swing Set arrived, was easy to put together, and the kids love it!
Only thing to note is that the frame has quite a bit of movement in it when the kids are playing, and when checking the instruction manual, it states the screws should be checked and tightened after each use, which I wasn't expecting.
Overall though, happy with our purchase.

Excellent - Large max swing set
Kids love it- have been trying to get them outside more and this has helped incredibly. So many different things for them to do on the swing set.
Quality is great and shade cover is awesome. Quick shipping and pretty easy to put together (took about 4 hours all up).

One of the best purchases we have made
We purchased a Vuly LIft trampoline in Feb 2020, after a bit of hesitation due to the price. But I have to say they are worth every cent. Everything from the ordering process, delivery times and follow up customer service has been amazing. The construction of these trampolines is outstanding and the safety and shade features are a godsend. The construction was simple and everything fitted together beautifully. Our young son, has barely left the thing for the past 3 days. We could not be happier with our purchase and would highly recommend these to anyone who's in the market for a premium trampoline.

Good product but not good service
We have set up our Ultra trampoline, it looks really steady and good quality. I have given a 3 star rating because the our delivery has been challenging. Vuly has had issues with their logistics carrier and it took really long time to be delivered. 4 weeks for most of the packages and still have not received the ladder and tent parts yet. Also there was an original error on dispatch where they didn’t even dispatch - and only realised when I called after a week. Love it!
We have had a Vuly Lift trampoline for years. Everyone gets enjoyment out of it. When ordering a replacement shade cover, I say the monkey bar system. I had been looking for something else for the backyard and comparatively this had everything we wanted for the best price when you included shipping cost.
We love our Vuly, we live in a high wind area and it has moved or been damaged. Friends who have different brands have lost them over fences or had them ripped up. Only fault is that the safety pad absorbs moisture but does not release it so it needs to be replaced every now and then (outs lasted 3 years) depending on how wet the climate is.

Do you ever return phone calls? We are up to our 16th contact, either speaking directly with your team or leaving voice messages and am yet to receive a response to our issue. I really do enjoy waiting 11 minutes on hold just to leave a voice message, or being transferred to a voice message after a combination of being on hold and talking to one of your representatives for over 30 wasted minutes.
We ordered one of your large swing sets with quite a few extras back in October, was promised a November 12th delivery... Yes we got a delivery on the 12th, a shade sale and mister, nothing else. With multiple follow ups where you blamed the courier and stated nothing more, you finally committed to dispatching a new set. Your sales member was informed that it must be delivered by the 11th of December as we would be in Queensland by the 12th until the 22nd, to which your rep committed wholly that it would be delivered by then. We followed up a couple of times re-iterating our time concerns and were assured that it would be delivered on time.
Eventually on the 9th of December we called to ensure that the item would not be dispatched until the 22nd, which we were promised someone would call us back. On the 10th we had notification that the set would be dispatched and to expect delivery to which we immediately called your sales team multiple times that day knowing full well your transport company (TOLL) would do a full drop at the door and leave based on previous experience with the same transport company, and expressed our concerns that if this was to occur that we know full well based on the area we live in the items would not be there 10 days later on our return. After speaking with multiple reps (including one that suggested we pick up another set whilst we were up in Queensland, yes good thinking 99 if you were wanting to pay the transport to and from the airports along with the excess baggage). I finally got hold of a sales rep that stated the transport company would try multiple times to drop before just leaving the item, thus hopefully reducing the time that the item would be exposed after re-iterating our concerns the items would not be there on our return. He committed that if the items were not there upon our return that they would send out whatever was missing, and that he would ensure it was written on our case file.
On the morning of 12th just after touching down in Queensland we were notified by TOLL that they had delivered the items (so much for the multiple delivery attempts). We notified your sales team, where they replied that they would call us back and without a single call back to date we doubted this would happen so we put this to the back of our minds to be dealt with once we got back from our holiday. On the 19th we got a call from TOLL expressing their concern that they had not delivered everything as they only scanned 8 out of the 11 items they were supposed to deliver, where we told them we couldn't assist them and gave them the backstory on our holiday.
Upon our return we were unsurprised to find that there were no items waiting for us. Since then we have made multiple calls to your sales team, to which they have stated multiple times that they would escalate this to their team leader and have us called back which is yet to occur. One interesting tidbit I do find it that each call taker seems to be oblivious to the previous call attempts as if there was no case file at all.
