We bought the ThunderPro for our kids, it is a great trampoline. But it is more difficult to put together than the video shows, make sure you have two people to assemble.

The ordering process of the trampoline was seamless. At the time they had a great deal too good to pass up so we purchased months in advance as it was a Christmas present for our son. It arrived within the week of ordering & sat in the shed until Xmas. When we assembled it we watched the video online beforehand which came in handy. The instructions are easy to follow & the safety net is super secure. We’ve not had to worry about our son falling out. He loves his new tramp & it looks great in our small front yard. Would definitely recommend this product.

Excellent service on the phone, great price and accessory bundle that came with it. Delivery was super quick. Love the size we have got and well worth paying the extra to get a bigger one to have more fun. Assembly for XL around 3 hours with two people. Defiantly get the wheels you can move it to mow under otherwise have an area set up with chips or rubber so it’s permanently there.

Ordering online was straight forward, delivery was pretty fast and efficient. Clear communication, the trampoline was easy and quick to assemble and good value for money. This is our 2nd Vuly Trampoline, our first one lasted 5 years.

Great quality, quick delivery( 2 days), easy assembly (about 3 hrs), the kids love it, heaps of spring, the only negative would be the entrance, fitting an adult in is difficult but its rated to 150kg

I ordered and paid for my trampline 15 days ago. It still hasnt been processed yet with no notice of a delivery date. I chose vuly as i already had a trampoline from them which has lasted 10 years multiple moves but has now rusted through, so decided it was best to replace it. So decided to go with the same brand as we were very happy with the quality. Was told delivery was 7-10 days.

Great quality trampoline- quick delivery- lots of fun-however the entrance is quite small - trampoline bought for an adult and the entrance is child height so difficult to get into the safety net-

It took about half a day for hubby to fix it up. We’ve had our trampoline for almost 3 years now and it’s been great! Only after 3 years have the boys manage to tear the side net. We’ve ordered our new replacement at half price and can’t wait to fix it. In the meantime we use the “tent” that came with it and the boys continue to jump and get that energy out.

Really great addition to our set. My kids love it. Hopefully it doesn’t fade too much as I don’t want to have to set it up every time. 5 stars

My family love our Vuly Ultra Trampoline. It looks very neat in comparison to others I’ve seen. The trampoline arrived within a couple of days of placing the order. I’ve also spoken to their customer service team with a few queries before I ordered and they were really helpful.

Customer service was exceptional and such a great turnaround in having our product sent to us. Can’t wait to get it built for the kids, so they can enjoy our new swing set.

Our Vuly Max Playset is perfect to entertain the kids and their friends. I even love a swing in the Ring Swing myself - relaxing (unless the kids try to swing me!!)

Been waiting for the trampoline as it should of been sent here on the 17th.you guys lost my trampoline and reorder a new one and was told it be here on the 22nd and once again never came. Yes you guys have gave us extra items but now been told the trampoline will be here on the 28th. My kids are upset because I keep breaking the promises it be here. Should of bought a trampoline from big w or Kmart. I order stuff from Manchester United and my top came here faster then vully. Brisbane shorter then uk lol. Big thank you vully and upsetting my children on broken promises.
