We found our customer service and support was outstanding and exceptional. There was never a problem that was never dealt with and all responses were dealt with effectively and efficiently. Our build was very well managed. The site manager was very keen on every little detail. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the end product of our dream home. We cannot complain about the workmanship, feeling the build is of high quality.

WA Country Builders Geraldton were an excellent team to help build our home. No question or request was too difficult and they went out of their way to make us feel safe and informed as we are 6 hours away from our new house. The building supervisor was brilliant and kept in touch the entire build. The finished product is faultless and they've extended our maintanence period to accomodate the fact we are not moving in immediately. The quality of the fixtures and accessories that they use is top of the range. Would recommend WA Country Builders Geraldton to anyone. Thank you all so much.

Very happy overall with the quality of the home. There was a few minor issues but these have been resolved quickly. The supervisor was always contactable and very helpful. The salesman was very helpful from the beginning, helping us to choose a design and also with contacts for finance. Pre start was a lot of fun and our new home administrator was very willing to help. We would definitely build with WA Country builders again.

The house is not yet complete so I cannot comment on the build quality. Customer service has so far been very good. Staff have been helpful and knowledgeable. Staff in Geraldton have suggested solutions to problems and where appropriate, cheaper alternatives to ideas we have put forward.
The plumbers contracted to the build helped a great deal with the positioning of the septic tanks and drains when they discovered rock in the original location. They suggested a very good alternative and redrew the plans which saved us a lot of money. To break up the rock and dig it out would have taken about 6 days.
Overall I am very happy with Country Builders and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Building our dream home. A daunting task made so much easier by the WA Country Builders Team. From a patient Planner who guided us through the "many" changes we required to pre start Staff that embraced our ideas or gave subtle suggestions at appropriate times. The experience as a whole has been tremendous. Roll on 2016 and the finished product.

Being first time builders heading into unfamiliar territory, we have had an experience not to be forgotten. From the original contact with sales staff with a sketch, right through to the completion of the house, all involved have been great to deal with. With no stone left unturned all questions and queries have been dealt with in a very professional manner. Being my 5th build with WA Country Builders, I can once again say that the whole experience was fantastic. From initial sales and pre start the staff were very accommodating to our ideas no matter how small the change we requested. This also flowed in the build process not only with our supervisor but with the trades they used which made it a pleasant journey.

This is the first time we have built with WA Country Builders and the service is wonderful, from the drawing of our plans to the pre start were every question was answered and every idea considered to the build, they always have time to answer your question. The quality of the workmanship is great. We would recommend and build with them again.

I found WA country builders very helpful from ringing the girls in the office that would do anything for you in a professional manner. Our supervisor was only a phone call away if we wanted to know anything or even meet him on site was really good to deal with. The tradesman were really professional at there job and would stop and talk to show us how they were going which was good. All in all we are happy with how it all went.

Our manager was hard to contact but was alright in the end. He seemed to be very busy, but did a good job. The workmanship overall was very good very pleased with everything. The house was build according to our specifications and it looks great. The sight manager kept in touch and updating us of the progress of the building which was good. The ladies at the office were awesome and very patient as they accommodated us each time we went to the office to make changes to the building and were able to give us options.

Our house is yet to be built however we have very positive thoughts when it comes to dealing with all staff members at Country Builders. They have been very helpful in all areas, they are always super friendly and happy to assist with all enquiries. :) We are very excited to watch the process start!! We will be recommending them to all family and friends who wish to build.

We decided to build a second house on the block. We were so impressed at the ease of the process. WA Country Builders organised the plans etc and the build was a peace of cake. The house was a great little plan that was adapted from one of their standard plans. Everything went to plan and the house was sold before we knew it.
Great effort

The quality of our build and workmanship was great. Overall the Build was managed well, there were a couple of items that took a little longer then expected. However we had a good relationship with our supervisor and the end result was worth the wait. The communication with the office was always easy, and customer service always at a high standard. We would have no hesitation in building with WA Country Builders again.

Workmanship was great, very happy with the quality of our house. Our supervisor and NHA were both fantastic, everything ran right to schedule and we were made to feel like we could ask however many questions we wanted which was great as it was our first building experience. Any small query wasn't taken lightly, we had prompt responses to any questions and constant communication. The whole process was fantastic and it could not of gone any smoother. We have so many people, even strangers compliment our house and ask who built it.

The build supervisor was fantastic he called weekly to inform me off the progress as I couldn't always get to site. Finished product is just what we wanted and we would build with them again.

The quality of our build is outstanding, and the workmanship was beyond what was expected. Our build was managed well, and ran right on time.
