we have a waeco fridge freezer which freezes even though it is set at 5 degrees C Is there a simple fix? it is less than 12 mths old.

Will be under warranty, I would take it in to be fixed
Check the emergency override switch next to the usb. It will run compressor at full capacity, switch to normal mode.
