If you want a bullbar installed incorrectly and has damaged the fender, this is the dealer for you.
Had a car to be replaced as a new for old after a write-off on the 23rd August 2022. Paul Wakeling was chosen by the insurer. The car was delivered 23rd September 2022. It was supposed to be delivered on the back of a truck as agreed to by the insurer. They had someone drive it down without telling us and putting almost 500km on the car. As far as we are concerned the car was not new anymore and NRMA Roadside informed us that the value of the car was $10,000 less having been delivered that way. The car was delivered with a bulbar out of alignme...nt and was filthy. The alignment was so bad it was causing the bulbar to rub on the fender and rubbed paint away. The plastic splash guard was also cut too short and was flapping around loosely. Paul Wakeling did not want to do anything to rectify the situation. It took months of communicating with Paul Wakeling to get them to direct the bulbar installer to attempt to rectify the bad install. They obviously didn't check the car before it left the dealership, otherwise they would have identified the bulbar issue. It is 7 months later and the faulty bulbar install is still no sorted out. Worst dealer ever. Once they have sold a car, their care factor is zero.

I am so UPSET to find what was supposed to be a brand new car had 475km on the clock. I was not supposed to be receiving a demonstrator, this was meant to be my brand new car. The Service improved after feedback of a bad experience
I bought a new Hyundai and regularly get it serviced at the Dealership (Paul Wakeling). One service experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I contacted the Service Manager to make a complaint.
At the next scheduled service for my car, I debated whether to return to the Dealership, but decided to give them another (and final) chance. On the day of my car service, it was the same service person, but with a 100% different attitude and working manner. The person couldn't be more helpful and courteous, which was a huge change from my first experience. I spoke to the Manager and complimented on the change.
Poor customer service
I rang holden service twice in 1 week regarding a quote for some work to be done to my car and both times i was told i would get a return phone call with a price.
I am still waiting!!!
I will never get these guys to quote me again or do work on any car i will ever own.
And i will definitely not be buying a vehicle from these guys.
They are rude, inconsiderate and lazy.
