I rang the hero people 29th April 2020 they told me $148 which included an hour of labour Jordan turned up late in the day and was easy to talk to he wanted to hear the cycles then tells me the four rods needed replacing at $100 each plus $100 for labour. Really? That’s what our $148 brought us! Yeah I feel like I’ve been had so I won’t be recommending this business to friends and family and my husband wants his money back he will be ringing 30th

Got a quote to get my washing machine door seal fixed yesterday. The lady on the phone was very helpful and gave me the full quote in advance including the standard call out fee which was fine with me. Today the guys turned up today to fix it exactly when they said they would. No fuss, good communication, very friendly and efficient guys.

Had a Whirlpool washer that was pausing mid cycle with a Check Pump error and not able to drain water.

I made a booking online via their website during Easter, and had a follow up call Easter Monday to confirm my booking for the next day and advising of the call out fee.

Technician called 30mins prior as promised and arrived on time, taking the necessary social distancing and hygiene precautions. He diagnosed the problem (a scarf stuck deep within) and fixed the issue promptly. Very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again (but hope I don't have to)!

Yesterday two young Washing Machine Heroes came to my house to have a look at my washing machine (naturally) . They were extremely efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I was very happy. Had an issue with my dishwasher and thought it was done after 4 years, these guys came out and repaired, no parts YAY All working again. Recommend from first call to end. The men were straight to the point explained what was wrong did not push me with sales talk genuine people would recommend them to other people. Very excellent service when the machine was delivered the installer was great and showed me how to set it up. I would not hesitate to use them again. It was prompt delivery it arrived before the date. The girls were very understanding, helpful and very good customer service.
