I could not believe the smell and the taste of Waterthins Bagelettes. When I opened the pack, I thought they had petrol in them. I tried one with the usual stuff I put on them and I could not taste a thing because of the smell. Truthfully, I got frightened thinking someone was putting poison in them. I will never ever buy this product again!!!

Smells like playdough. Box looks fancy, so I trusted I was getting a quality product. I did not. Was more concerned about the sundried tomatoes I bought, but am now eating them with cheese without the playdough crackers. I never write reviews, but Waterthin Baguettes (Original) are treś offensive

I brought a box of original bagelettes and was really disappointed when I got them home. Pretty much the whole bag were smashed. Disappointed.

Loved it at first brought it all the time, now opened the pack last 3 times and smells and tastes like super old dirty oil

I mean not really, but it's bad. Whoever changed the recipe at waterthins deserves immense pain. The old garlic type was amazing and one of my favourite snacks but the new one ruined it. There is now no flavour and the nice, hard crunch is gone and replaced with a soft and unsatisfactory sandpapery texture that gives too quickly and goes mushy in the mouth. What were the idiots who changed the recipe thinking!!

What happened to your formula of this Garlic with Poppyseed bagelettes? I used to buy this 3/4 years ago and the taste was fantastic. The smell of the garlic instantly attracted me. After buying so many packets, I decided to take a break and brought it after all these years. I was so excited to eat these once delicious treats, but now I am so disappointed in your product. The smell of the garlic is no longer there and the packet is only half filled! It used to be 75% filled. What a waste of my money! I don't want to rate this a one star, I want to rate it a quarter of a star. Rethink your recipe for today's society.

Good product but 17g from a 125g pack is ridiculous. The box was intact. I am at a loss to explain how much was breadcrumbs.

Bad advertising on packet. False?
Tried desperately to fit some cheese, tomato and, I presume, cucumber on top ( as per image on pack) but bagelette was so miniscule, the only item which fitted on top was a half-teaspoon of paté. Will not buy again.

I didn't bother opening the inner bag, it's only half full.
I thought the price was extravagant to begin with, but I still bought it.
But when I opened it there was only half the box of product inside.
This takes false advertising to - well, not a new low - cos it's an old trick.
It has to stop.

The most disgusting toad tie.we are returning to supermarket.we contacted water thins twice and they did not reply.the product picture is not whats in the box.we will be contacting consumer affairs as well.dishonest disgusting and off offensive. It was stale and not edible.

Recent purchase of Waterthins Bagelettes was a complete farce. The box shows the perfect round toasted breads, however once opened what you find is a clear plastic inner bag of broken pieces. They are not even toasted like the picture on the box.
I have written to the company twice, emailed and still no follow up. Obviously know they have a problem and dont care.
Nothing. Useless product.
