Brilliant tool that makes weeding a pleasure, however......
Everyday I do my gardens to keep on top of the weeds. Brilliant product. 5/5. But where the extension handle screws into the weedcomb is a very poor design creating a stress point using easy to break plastic, first the plastic on a threaded extension pole broke so I got a metal screw in and now the weedcomb is broken. 0/5. Very disappointed as just another product in a cheap "dispose of" society. But have no choice but to buy another one unless I can find a superior product or a clever fix it person. But will definately take a new one of these to the engineers and have them do something to reinforce the handle before I start using it. Other reviews have the same problem so if you intend to use an extension pole....beware.

Great product
Great product. It can be used on a long handle which can be screwed onto the comb and that is how I like to use it as it spares me bending. I can give two tips, first for the user, second for the manufacturer. For users - my experience was that when I bought a cheap plastic handle and screwed on the weed comb on it - after a while the handle broke. Then I bought a strong aluminum handle and then the weed comb broke. placing that plastic bit towards the top of the handle with something stronger - aluminum or another metal. Overall - love this product and looking to buy another one. Great product. When that happens it'll be a five star product :) Overall - love this product and looking to buy another one.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Very happy Melbourne gardener
Not sure why more people haven't rated this thing! The person who invented this weed comb please take a bow. I have a rental inspection next week and knee high weeds. I've faced this before and I know how back breaking it is. This tool was inexpensive ($14) and it turned a 2 day slog into 3 hours with ease. Highly highly recommending this to friends of mine. Most amazing and fantastic weed removal tool ever
This is an exceptional tool if you weed your garden by hand. Tears out weeds roots and all. Speeds up the weeding by at least double maybe more. Fantastic on difficult to remove like oxalis and clover. Being bright yellow - it hard to lose in the garden too.
Worth every cent - about $13 from Bunnings.
simple easy but so effective

They used to be at Bunnings but they no longer stock them and I have not found any other place that has them. Sorry for the bad news.
Hi Marlene, the picture you are showing is the old weedcomb and they have been updated since & we have the new and approved here in Australia.
Currently we are the only business in Australia with stock as Bunnings took them off the shelf. If we can be of assistance please let me know. Thanks Louise
Hi Louise where is your location and how much for a weedcomb. Thanks

Hi, I bought this weed comb in Bunnings and was very happy with it but somehow I broke it eventually (my fault). I want to buy another one but now I can't find it in Bunnings and can't find it online (for Australia). Does anyone know where to get it? Thanks, Lana

Hi Lana I have good news for you I had the same problem as you and couldn't find a new comb I got in touch with Bunnings and was told it was a promotional item and it is over, However Bunnings at Rockdale in west Botany street next to John Turks Electrical on the left hand side of the road heading towards the city. They have seven left it was 9 I just went today and bought 2. They are in the gardening tool Isle on the right hand side and they are hanging off a down post. I nearly missed them they are now silver with a yellow and black handle. I hope this helps. Faye
Hi Faye, thank you so much for your reply - I somehow overlooked it until now but I've found a new weed comb since then - in Bunnings. I too noticed they look different now. Happy gardening, spring is coming again soon :) !
HI Lana & Faye, If you ever decide you need a new one, Bunnings are no longer stocking the weedcomb. We are currently the only business in Australia with stock. If we can ever be of assistance please let us know. Thanks Louise
