This WW185A Scale is crap and only lasts for one set of batteries
This WW185A Scale is crap and only lasts for one set of batteries It also insists on remembering & repeating the last reading unless one grips the bathroom towel rail to make it weigh much less, so the next reading is 'new'

Repeats same weight
The scales just keep repeating the same weight when I know there wrong, Changed the batteries. Im going to throw them out, really disapointed because I thought being WW thry would be the best

Weight readings totally wrong
I haven’t managed to get these scales to work since I purchased them. Straight away there was a error message which I managed to clear after resetting the scales (taking battery out) 3 times. Once scales were reset, the weight was completed inaccurate displaying my weight at 23st when I am around the 10.5 stone mark!!!
Absolutely terrible product!!

Shattered glass
Scale disintegrated into a thousand pieces. This being caused by accidental knock to one corner when moving in the bathroom.
Expensive and dangerous.
When working did not perform accurately.
Bought Wellcare for 9 dollars from Harvey Norman, simple and accurate.

Fair
Not as good as expected, one rubber stand fell off in the first week, had to go back to exchange to another. It requires a bit of setting up in order to get the fat% info, which is fair enough. But afterwards, I found out that the figure is not reliable. I wish I had known before I purchased. It's not mentioned on the package.

Just won't work properly
Bought the WW710A model, paid more for a 'reputable brand'. My mistake, I should have read the reviews first. I have owned a body analysis scale in the past (not WW) and it worked perfectly for 10+ years until the digital display gave out.
This piece of junk, what a pain to try and set up! Finally got it to register one person's details, briefly, before they disappeared and it went back to weight only before turning off. Never could program other people in. Gave up in disgust and will be returning for a refund.
Went into Target and got their brand name scale (for half what I paid for WW). Looks great, programmed 4 family members in easily within 10 minutes and works as it should. What is so hard about that WW?

Inaccurate readings everytime
These worked briefly but then suddenly gave two of us different readings each time I stepped on. It is not good enough when you spend money on a reputable brand supported by a reputable company. WW.

Total waste of money
Never before have I ever used a bathroom scale that gives people a different reading every time used. I mean climb on, get the weight, minutes later do same and different weight between 1 to 4 Kgs. Others I know who have the same unit have same issues. Would've taken it back for refund hadn't the receipt been lost. Ok Weight Watchers, you signed off pushing this Chinese manufactured crap, time to suck it up and order a product recall.

Not happy, Jan!
I am VERY displeased with these scales as I checked them against the Pharmacy scales & by weighing myself then picking up something large & weighing myself again & the scales stayed the same. I now can't find my instruction booklet & the scales are completely useless. Where can I get another copy of the instructions (which by the way I did try to follow when I first set the scales up & even WITH the instructions they didn't seem to work. Any suggestions? Any help?

OK. for 6 months
These were fine for just measuring my weight. But then they just went haywire after about six months. I am not happy with the cost for such a poor product. My next set will be very simple and very cheap, after all it is only a scale.

Taking it back
Same as all the other reviews ... different weight every time I get on at 10 minute intervals!!! A simple accurate scale would be great the rest I don't need. Won't start with a tap!!!!

Useless
This scale has a very clever "memory" feature.
So - unless you reset the scale by getting on with something heavy, and then actually weighing yourself only, you do not get an accurate result.
I thought I was doing OK - my weight wasn't changing. There had been a gradual creep over a period of time and because it is so very clever to remember you, it didn't register the change. My weight had really changed over 1.5 kg over that period.
I thought I had faulty scales - so even bought another WW model - but they all do the same thing.

Not worth buying
I can weigh myself with this scale and 10 minutes later, without eating or drinking anything, get a difference of plus or minus 1.8 lbs. I will absolutely be returning this.

It's alright
Seems to have bad reviews, but it generally gives me the correct weight and it's been similar when I've checked on other scales. I'd have to weight myself on like 5 different scales within 5 minutes to determine how accurate it actually is, I guess

Absolutely useless
Scales won't turn on by "tapping". User information won't save. Weight is inaccurate. A totally rubbish product that I regret buying. I will be returning it for a full refund.

Weight watcher bathroom scale
Terrible terrible!
I just went to return this and they said try another one might be a fault with this one. But same result, one minute you are over weight and next minute makes you happy with a false reading. I'm gong to return this and never going to recommend. I thing they are trying to clear the old and faulty stock that is why was on offer. Please please please don't by weight watcher scale.

No accuracy.
The scales are perpetually inaccurate. They have a false precision too to cover up the fact their accuracy is awful - this mean if you weigh yourself minutes (even hours apart) it will automatically give you the same weight as long as your weight hasn't changed by much more than 1-2kg. For example: you can weigh yourself clothed and then achieve the same weight by taking your clothes off (jeans, tshirt, running shoes, underwear).
I would never recommend these scales to anyone.

I have Weight Watchers body scales Model WW8961K which I have not used for many months and need a reminder regarding it's use. It is probably 10 years old and any instructions I may have had are nowhere to be found. The battery, however, appears to be OK. The unit is undamaged. Any ideas?
