This is my third Werthiem vac I’m so disappointed with the new one. Although it has great suction and power head is fabulous, it is the most cumbersome machine the wheels don’t move properly you have to drag it around it turns itself over at every opportunity. I have timber floor boards and three rugs. This is a purchase I regret.

UPDATE.... I took vac back to Godfreys today served by [name removed] who rectified wheel problem in 10 mins they hadn’t been put on vacuum correctly. Much happier with my vac now !!!! Thank you [name removed]

worst thing to invest.I bought one from god frey essendon dfo.Went to them next week explaining my problems with vaccum but they denied everything.Still same things thinking of complaing to higher authorities.I will reccomend never invest your money in these vacuums.Please check before buy as once u open they wont return.

This is my second Wertheim but disappointed with the movement and tips over if you try to change directions. Very heavy to handle and vacuum doesn’t glide easily. We have wood floor and carpet and find if you use the carpet device it is so heavy to handle . Does a good job with the suction.

Great suction, picks up most things with normal head. However the power head is amazing.
Accessory tools are convenient and handy.
Had to replace the handle head however as the wand would not come apart.
Only issue is sometimes when pulling the machine when vacuuming the machine rolls on its side.

I have seen it is godfreys and knew about the power head .. I have bought it for my friends as a gift. This is great and powerful ..the vibrating powerhead is best for any house that has even a little bit of carpets ..I have used the previous model and knows how good it is. At least try once ..

Amazing suction which collected spectacular amounts of dust and dirt - even after vacuuming with our old Wertheim.
Great additional catching attachment worth buying which attaches to the handle and is easily detached for emptying. Also satisfying to see how much you’re catching!
Rotating head for carpet vacuuming can be hard work to move but worth the suction.

The suction is super and I love the handle controls, but I am forever tripping over it as it does not go backwards. Did not think about this when I was demonstrated it as assumed with its price tag that something so simple would have been overlooked. It is fine if you just pull it along (which is what they showed me in the demo and I must admit suction was my main concern) Was told it was as good as my old provac which I had for 22 years) but it would turn on a dime. This thing I might as well have on a back pack I spend so much time carrying it. Considering that it is not really that light when you have to lug it along with one hand whilst trying to vac. Wish I had brought something cheaper and easier to use. I have carpet, lino and tiles.

Considering the price tag & high pressure sell on this machine I am very disappointed... the machine is very heavy to manovour around, as the wheels do not spin freely, so u are literally dragging it around... I only have floor boards & tiles. It was demonstrated on a carpet mat so did not show up difficulty on moving the machine around. Have only had it for 5 months & almost ready to cut my losses...

I've had this vacuum for quiet a few months now and couldn't recommend it highly enough.
It is quiet expensive but with the full control at your finger tips, 3 head designs, and the performance this machine gives its definitely another one of those moments where you can say it was well worth every dollar spent.
This is the first bagged vacuum we've had in years but with the collector supplied catching most the debris and dust they go a very long way.
No loss in performance and a great service and parts warranty!

Wow. Picks up all the fine dirt and dust in my carpets (I use a diverter) so you can see what other vacuums have missed. My sons asthma has improved out of sight. Easily picks up animal hair. Easy to use and powerful vacuum. Thanks Godfrey's and werthiem. Well worth it.

I had a Wertheim Vac for years, loved it and always said I would never have anything but a Wertheim. It died recently so I purchased a 7 series and couldn't be more disappointed. It's heavy, the wheels do not move freely but drag across the floor, I struggle to change heads or remove the handle. It has the great Wertheim suction but is a nightmare to use compared to my old one. It will be in the bin before long!

Got a very unusal gift for new year .. but really happy about the way it cleans my carpet . Having a dog in house is an extra work but this wertheim 7 has made my life easy as. I use to sweat using my old miele on carpet now i just glide over the carpet and doing a deep clean on my carpet . Loved the silent technology as well .

Bulky and heavy motorised foot, wheels don’t turn freely, very expensive. The only good thing going for it is that it has good suction.
I have been cleaning people’s houses for 30 years, so I have used many different vacuum clears over the years and this is not one of my favourites.

A brilliant vacuum cleaner in every way except the motorised head is rather heavy. It cleans so well I felt ill when I saw what came up in the side bottle (optional purchase but well worth it). It cleans both carpets and hard floors with the same brutal efficiency and I can’t see any trace of my pets when I’ve finished vacuuming!!! The suction can be increased or decreased too.

A very strong suction wow loving it . More is the powerhead does all the job. Thanks Wertheim. I am loving my cats now for shedding the hair on my carpet because I have the most powerful vacuum ever. Thanks Godfreys for introducing me with it. The very best cleaner.

works fantastic, came with 3 different heads 1 being a power head and works great, slightly heavier to use than my old Wertheim which was 15 years old, we had new wool carpet layed 2 years ago and very surprised how much fluff the power head sucks up still, the other tools work great on my slate floors as well, also came with a diverter as a bonus best thing ever saves filling the bag up all the time when diverter is full simply unlock it and empty it out save money not having to purchase bags all the time
