The model when transported upright, will reach desired temperature very quickly. When transported or stored on it's side or an angle and then not allowing the fluids to settle prior to turning the power on, is one cause for fridges to not perform.

Neil have you used a fridge thermometer to get an exact reading? It can be a bit tricky getting the right temp with this fridge. If it is not cooling at all then
you are going to have to ring Westinghouse, you should have a 2 year warranty.

You need to turn up the cooling in the fridge and open up slot in freezer

Could be many reasons like the thermostat, But I would get onto the warranty of the fridge asap.

Other then the new smell, can't smell anything more from it, once I get my fridges I always use vanilla spray first as its cooling down. Then once foods and other stuff goes in all I smell is food, left overs and vanilla.

Actually I had forgotten it did have a smell when I first got it.
After wiping it all out I put vanilla essence in two little bowls and left them in the fridge for a week.
That fixed it

I'm not sure either call Westinghouse or google it

I haven't tryed to change my door but need to as it hits the wall when I open it I'll have to look into that myself, great question

I have found the answer on the Westinghouse website and ordered the ACC096 online. will let you know it goes after I receive and install it.
