Rubbish...either everything in the crisper freezes, or you turn the temp up and everything is warm
I bought this fridge as it was the only one that could be taken up our stairs. The first one we bought (not a Westinghouse) was too big. Foolish me for not doing my due diligence. It is terrible. All the vegetable and fruit freeze in the crisper. I can't believe they could make rubbish like this today. I have taken the crisper out and put other stuff down the bottom, where my milk etc can now be frozen instead. The rest of the fridge however, is not very cold, Basically its a lemon that should never have been allowed to be sold.

Better than expected: good size, smart simple looking, 3.5 star! low electricity use, cheap price!
This inexpensive, excellent 370 litre Bottom Mount Westinghouse fridge at (was $899 at GG's) has many good features and as much space as fridges that are $1500 or more and still don't offer this. This fridge offers a lot more space than the Westinghhouse 340 litre one, but for not much more money. It is available in white and silver. We got white as a match an all white kitchen.
The best thing is it is 3.5 star rated on the new system and uses only 344 KWhr/yr power!! So the Westinghouse WBB370WF is very cheap to run. That is less electricit...Read more

The fact is also has separate temperature control in the fridge and freezer parts is great, this also saves you money too, as you are not powering the whole fridge, if it is just the freezer that needs to quickly chill something. There is more space than expected in the top refrigerator, which is exactly what we were looking for, as the freezer is not too big, as a 370 litre fridge, it has a 270 (267) litre fridge and 104 litre freezer. (It is worth considering that nearly all 450 litre bottom mount fridges have 150 or 155 litre freezers, which leaves you with a comparatively small 300 litre or less fridge. For these other brands of 450 ltre what you think is a medium size 450 litre fridge is a small refrigerator with very big expensive freezers at the base. Really can't see the point of paying around $2000 for that.)1 comment
Finding it a bit small now, definately a two person household fridge.

Crisper freezes and external walls become very hot@
The crisper freezes, The external walls of the fridge become hot to touch and the fridge door seal doesn't always stick!
This fridge has cost me more money in frozen fruit and vegetables than what i paid for it!!
If you're looking for a great products stick with Samsung. I know i will!

Crisper freezes fruits and vegetables
Brand new fridge started freezing fruit and vegetables in the crisper after 2 days. Have contacted Electrolux a number of times and have had two visits from a technician to no avail. I am fed up with throwing out food and having to repeatedly call to get the issue resolved. I requested a replacement and was told another technician will visit to give "a second opinion". I have two small kids and minimal storage in my fridge to stock their food without it being spoiled.
Highly unsatisfactory. I do not recommend this model and find the after service poor.

I am really angry about this. She couldn't care less about the inconvenience this has caused me. As a customer issued a faulty product, all she could talk about were your rights as a company to send multiple technicians out to assess the fridge (obviously hoping I would give up complaining) irrespective of how this affects me. I am supposed to have a third visit from a technician today but have found out I am sixth on the list of the day's call-outs and he is only at the first call now (10:30 am). It is clearly not a matter of priority. And I had to phone up to find this out – I was not extended the courtesy of being phoned this morning with an update.Similar opinion? Hi I would like to get a replacement fruit veggie drawer for my bottom mount 370L Westinghouse fridge. It cracked within 6 months and fixing attempts have failed. Happy to pay for replacement and the rest of Fridge is ok...fits my small kitchen and the 'faux' stainless steel is easy to clean and suits my kitchen too. Thanks so much regards Mich.
